Western style Thai food :( 2 stars because pad Thai was just waaay below bar. It tasted more like sweet and sour noodles had no resemblance to pad Thai (v light yellow in colour). No bean sprouts, tofu, crushed peanuts, chili flakes or wedge of 🍋 which is very standard for any pad Thai! Only redeeming quality was noodles being a nice texture. Larb gai was v mild and too sweet, I had to add fish sauce and line to make it resemble how it should taste. I guess this isn't unexpected for a shire restaurant. Would've rated this 3 of the pad Thai wasn't so shocking and not worth $50

Simple tasty Thai food. Done well. Ordered the hokkien noodles which tasted nice, though nothing extraordinary. Ambience of the place is unique as it is darkly lit at night. Would consider ordering from there again.

Called them up and ordered takeout for the family. The communication was good, and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Som Tam Puu Nhim. Jim Jaew (Wagyu) and Massaman Curry.

Food was good...BUT delivery is AWFUL!

They said that it would be delivered in 40 minutes.

The food was delivered over an hour late. We rang and they hung up the phone in our face.

When the food was delivered they forgot one of our dishes. We called again and they did not know what was going on. After explaining myself for 5 minutes they said it would be delivered.

After 30 minutes the missing dish was delivered and under cooked.

All the lady on the phone and the delivery driver have to say was "sorry we were busy"

I find it very confusing that they can completely understand your credit card numbers when it comes to payment and not make a mistake but don't understand when it comes to missing dishes and delivery delay.

Food was good but bad and rude experience with little to no understanding of English.

Invest in more staff that can deliver and understand people...

If you want the BEST Thai food in Sydney...Kathi Thai Restaurant in Gymea is the very best! The Manager Save is so professional and friendly, attentive and consistently delivers the best service. The food is second to none especially the Gluten free options. The outdoor dining is perfect for dining all year round and the interior is modern and fresh with gorgeous low lighting. So back to the food...they use traditional Thai cooking woks that infuse that delicious smoky flavour, the servings are substantial also. Our favourites include the seafood fried rice, and the Penang Curry. This restaurant is ideally suited to casual dining and special occasions and family gatherings. It is a Shire favourite! We are so lucky to call it our local. Save...

Not a good experience. Ordered starters for 4 people. Only 3 brought to the table and had to ask twice as to where the other starter was. Ten minutes later finally the other starter arrived after everyone else at the table had finished their starter Then the person who had to wait for their starter had their mains brought to the table while still eating their starter. Meanwhile everyone else at the table had to wait over a half an hour for the mains again had to ask the staff twice as to when we could expect to get our food (people who had arrived at the restaurant after us had their meal served to them before us). At least the food...
