Filipino Fiesta — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered here through uber eats. The restaurant called me late regarding my order as it was not available, so I only got the service and delivery fee back from uber. I called them just now to ask them about my refund from the food but said that they could not shoulder it as they wouldn't gain anything from it, but it was not the customer's fault (me) but their management. I wouldn't recommend buying from this restaurant as they would not process payments/refunds fairly when it was entirely their fault. I did not like the lady's tone, she was rude. This restaurant has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, so if you don't want to get a headache from talking to their staff/business owner (it was like talking to a wall) or treated the same way as me, DON'T GO to this restaurant to eat. I went there for an Uber pickup and the behaviour of the lady was very rude and disrespectful. I don’t know about the food, but the way she treated me was terrible. I walked in and her straight response was: “I’m very busy, will take 10 min, if you don’t want it then go.” I was just doing my job, like she’s doing hers. She’s selling food, I’m picking it up — simple as that. I have other Filipino friends and they are very polite and respectful, but this lady’s attitude was the complete opposite. If she’s the owner, then she should definitely behave in a more polite and professional way. And if she’s working there, I humbly request the owner to replace her before more customers or delivery people face the same rude behaviour. I would’ve given -5 stars if that...

Don't look anywhere else, this is the best Filipino restaurant in Kogarah. The food has full of flavours, hindi tinipid sa sangkap. Big serving (dine -in) $16 for 2 choices of dish plus rice. I would say that's the most worth it meal I paid for a filipino restaurant on the same category. We've ordered sisig , lechon paksiw , bbq , pork binagoongan and the best of all BOPIS ! , Bopis was cooked how exactly I would want it to be , a little bit sour !

Because the food were so good , I made sure that I will have it in my fridge ready for when I'm missing the taste of Pinas ! 😅 so I've ordered take away.

My filo food craving were satisfied , I would come back again to try more dishes. Hope there is more...
