I was sitting having my breakfast speaking to my parents, when one of the workers rudely tapped the table and told me to turn it down, without context, and walked away. I approached him and asked what the problem was to which he said there was an echo. I told him that wasn’t a problem but he could have approached the situation with more customer service and curtesy. Mind you, there were children being loud by my side and no complaint was made about them. When I approached the man, he apologised however his worker (a female) started speaking to me arrogantly and grabbed my shoulders to push me back to my table. I advised her not to touch me. The elderly man who served us seemed to be annoyed we wanted to eat in, took over 30min to get our first meal and then another 10min to get the other 2 after that. There was no apology for the wait.
