I recently had an awful dining experience at Wok n’ Roll in Carlingford Shopping Centre. I ordered a beef fried rice, only to find a piece of dirty, greasy aluminum foil mixed into my food. Disgusted, I immediately reported this to the staff.
The person who responded was an elderly woman wearing a mask. At first, she completely ignored us. When she finally acknowledged us, her attitude was shockingly dismissive. She casually remarked that it was "just a piece of foil from the roasted meat." This explanation made no sense—why would there be foil from roasted meat in my beef fried rice?
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I expected a basic level of hygiene and customer service, and Wok n’ Roll failed miserably on both counts. I will not be returning and would advise others to avoid this...

Their quality is now appalling. What used to be very enjoyable dishes are now now chewy or oily, soggy, etc. They are now obviously buying interior meat, etc.
Stingy! They used to heap the dishes full and force on a lid for takeaway. Now, their plastic takeaway containers are barely half full. Yet they have also increased prices!! So, value has more than halved. You now pay more, for 50% less food, that no longer tastes good.
Poor service. Most of the staff are now unfriendly and can barely speak English. The genuine care has...

Always blame customers. -- This is what happened: They gave me the wrong order, and I didn't realise it because I did not know what the order should look like exactly, so I started eating, then suddenly one of them came to me and started being rude and blaming me for picking up the wrong order. It was definitely their own mistake because I had shown them my order number before they handed the meal to me. When I confronted them to make it clear of what actually happened, they tried to distort facts, saying that they did not hand it to me, but in...
