Chā Bar Casula — Restaurant in Sydney

I have been to this place for a few times over the years, nothing to complain. Drinks were made in reasonable time, short wait. It met the standards and tasted consistent with the other stores.

One star review is for the after purchase customer service. Experience as below. Like a few business I have attended, they blamed the customers for their own mistakes.

However, in Sep 2022, the drink was made within 20 secs like they were done before I order (like everyone else, I had ideas in my head before I headed down to the store. But I changed my mind while reading the menu at the counter. My brain somehow forced me to get back to my original choice). There was no other customers at all. The multiple drinks were packed in a non-see-through bag. As usual, I took off with a quick glance of the drinks. But only found out (by actually eating and drinking it) that there was only 1 out of 6 toppings in one of the bubble teas. The amount/volume of the topping was 1 out of 6 as well. Meaning, they missed 5 other ingredients that I paid for in full price.

I sent an email to the Casula store as a reminder of their "hit and miss" quality. I was told it has never happened before and I shall check the drink before I leave the store. When I asked how would an Uber Eats driver check dozen drinks with dozens ingredients in multiple bags without tasting every single one of them before leaving for their timed delivery. No response was then received even with multiple chasers.

I do not accept a business blame the customers for obviously their fault. Of course, I do NOT accept anyone play politics in other people's private life or any...

Highly fond of this new bubble tea kiosk in Casula, would recommend everyone to step out of your skeptical zone and try then you’ll realise you soon will be hooked. Their drinks are aesthetically good and refreshing so if you’re an instagram person you need to give cha bar a visit. They have some quite unique and signature drinks which you can’t really find at other bubble teas. I’m a regular here and every time i come i feel welcomed and flattered by the customer service cha bar’s work team provides. I’d tried so many drinks here already and some of my favourites are: Bamboo Charcoal MT, Thai MT with pearls, Signature Pearl Milk Tea, Signature Fruit Tea, Lychee Fruit Tea and Lychee Crush. The drinks, once you actually get them, are delicious - hence the 2 stars.. the service & wait time however is ridiculous .. I’ve been here twice in 3 months & the wait time has gone from bad to worse.. I agreed to stop at my teenage sons request, there was no one waiting to be served & there were at least 3 people manning the store, so I figured we wouldn’t have to wait too long.. ?? 20 minutes later 3 online orders had been filled & we were still waiting.. it wasn’t until I approached the counter that the young man serving decided to hand over our order of 2 drinks, not 5 just 2.. This is simply not good enough.. yes, you must service your online customers - BUT - do not forget the plebs (like me) who take the time out of their day to visit the store for which you pay rent & place orders personally over the counter, as we too are...
