Honest review ? The staff are very friendly and welcoming but to be completely honest the food has gone down hill. The big breakfast was all over cooked , but we were starving and didn't want to wait another 25-30 minutes to replace with something else. The menu has also gone very expensive. I'm all for supporting local business , but cmon like just shy off $30 for a plate of pasta at your local cafe ? And same with a breakfast plate . The leb bread filled up half the plate but I feel like the cafe can get more generous with portions We then ordered a large hotchips for $13 , and it came in a oval basket that was half full. Like cmon you can do better. I hope they can change things up and make the portions fair again and prices more reasonable $25 for a plate of falafel of like 5/pieces with a few cucumber and tomato ? . The prices could be improved. Falafel plate shouldn't be more than $18 .
Positive review on the barista that makes the coffee. Lovely young gentlemen that makes quality coffee and always has a welcoming smile...
Read moreRip off. $6.80 each for a large almond flat white and soy flat white. It shouldn't be more than $5.80 each. My friend got the soy flat white I got the almond flat white and almond croissant for $14.80. The coffee wasn't good. I got weak but it was strong and I had to get more milk. The worker gave me a tiny amount, which didn't do anything. Also we had the coffees in takeaway cups but we sat there and they didn't give us a biscuit like everyone else. The only thing that was nice was the croissant. McDonald's coffee is much nicer. Very disappointed. Probably won't go back again. It's funny that in your response just now you had justify the price going up. You're not a cafe in the city and cafes in this area are only putting their coffee up to $6 which includes large and milk alternatives. Please do...
Read moreI visited Cafe 4se7en today for brunch with my mother and sister and we all had such a great time there.
We tried a few different dishes and found all of them to be delicious and packed full of flavour! I also appreciated the fact the chef poached my eggs perfectly - medium, as requested - as this is often an oversight at other establishments.
The waitstaff were very welcoming and attentive and the cafe owner has such a positive vibe and friendly nature.
I should also mention, I’m not usually a fan of Toby’s Estate coffee beans, but it just goes to show it really does depends on the barista and I can confirm Ehsan makes a really good cup of coffee!
I would not hesitate to recommend this cafe to friends and family and would definitely...
