I really expected more. I ordered the salmon plate twice and each time there were fish bones in their multiple. The place is extremely unhygienic. I found dead bugs flies flying around in the food display and they don’t care when I tell them. I really expected more if you expect a good sushi restaurant then don’t have hundreds of flies flying around the food and landing on the food and people still serving them

I eat from this place every second week, unfortunately this time I get shellfish poisoning and I am so upset because I also feed my son which his also unwell. (Owner) cost of living is high.. I get it but man! Please don’t feed old seafood to anyone.. as I will never eat from your store again because my stomach won’t trust you again.

I asked for one tuna avocado for my daughter and one avocado cucumber for myself as I am vegan. Once I sat in the food court, I realised that the lady accidentally gave me two tuna avocado. I within 30 seconds went back to her telling her that she has made a mistake. The lady at the back had the audacity lying to my face saying I have requested 2 tuna avocado. I have asked her why would I buy tuna when I do not eat tuna? She said sorry we don’t swap, I have told her I do not request a swap but I requested her to fix her mistake. She ignored me and Continued with next customer. I cannot believe what a POOR customer service. We Have been coming to the sushi place for a very long time, but I will make sure that this is the last time in my life going there. ONE STAR...

My wife and I are both regular patrons of Sushi Hub at Casula Mall. The sushi is always fresh and there is a wide variety of options available. From sushi rolls to maki trays, and from nigiri to sashimi, Sushi Hub will always definitely have something on the menu to satisfy everyone's sushi cravings.

The staff are all super friendly and the service is always incredibly professional. Honestly, I cannot recommend Sushi Hub highly enough. For either a quick and convenitent takeaway or a chilled meal in the food court, Sushi Hub is one of my favourite places to dine.

Sushi is also high in protein. So it's wonderful for either a pre or post gym...

Brought the Edamame beans started eating ate 3 of them and realised there was a big black hair in it (my hair is blonde). Took it back absolutely disgusted and realised every single worker wasn’t wearing hair nets and watched one employee scratch her head and continue to make food. When I showed the worker he tried to shoosh me as other customers were around. I asked for my money back twice and he gave me another plate of beans. I said no I want my money back and he asked me if I wanted anything else. I said no my money back and the lady yelled at me and said yes I am getting it. NEVER GOING BACK...
