Casula Mall — Local services in Sydney

In general, horrid car parking for parents with prams. Trolleys the same. If u haven't parked close to a walkway which is only one at the centre of the carpark, u can't get through with a pram or trolley. U have to walk all the way around. The barriers r also an issue. So if u have an active toddler or two and a full trolley, forget it. It's a nightmare.

Ontop of that, u unload everything and realise the trolley bay is also close to the walkway.... So off u go walking all the way there to find that the trolleys from Aldi, Coles and Kmart don't fit together so if u want to get ur coin back and the bays have other trolleys in them, walk all the way back into the store and hook it up and come back out to ur car as they won't hook into the ones from the other stores. .. Once again it's a nightmare especially with kids and the negativity of the carpark outweighs whatever is...

Alittle overdue as I promised I will be leaving feedback! I was shopping here on Tuesday and because of the heavy smoke from outside on the day I was very dizzy and felt like I was going to faint. a gentleman and cleaner helped me right away and sat me down. moments later another security guard had came and also helped and even brang me a wheelchair. one of the security guards in formal clothing had personally pushed me around to the medical centre and the other staff member had kept pushing my shopping trolley around for me. the medical centre was closed but all staff refused to leave my sight until I felt completely better which I appreciate very much! once I was feeling better both staff then helped me to my car and even helped put my shopping in! I couldn't catch the cleaners name but thankyou to...

Love Casula Mall. Kmart, Priceline, Also, Fruit shop, Baker's delight, Coles. Except for the dollar to you discount shop. The rudest staff I have ever come across in any shop EVER! They are not even a cheap shop. Bring in a different discount store. This one would be fine, if there was "some customer service" some .. not none or the absolute horrible worst customer service I've ever experienced. Kids working in customer service have more manners than this horrible man. I would give a 5 star review but this shop is bringing down your business I had more shopping to do but left after my interaction with the man who runs that shop.
