I am always dissapointed with the wait times at this place but love there food. But 03/11 just push the button of limits. Order coffee and strawberry churos at 8.35. Coffee came with in 7min. The 3 girls I can see fulling around to each other. Also served 4 customers who arrived after me. 9.10 I lost it, ask one of the girls I am still waiting for my food. The girl replied, Oh sorry we forgot. They offered me chocolate for compensation. I ask them can you give my time back. Thay were laughing at me. I took refund and walk off. Never going back there again. This happened to me twice. First time I accepted the apology but this time can clearly see this girls are not going to change. Also the laughing, I will never forget. Orderd churros but it dosen't taste like churros nd the dip was like melted dairy milk choc..and presentation was so bad and it was like insult ,in a take away box (we were suppose to dine in)on the other hand i observed the presentation on other tables the presentation was so good with all decorations with fruits and dip patterens in nice crockery(v presentable).they seems me like racist .they deals the costomer according to thier color ,clothes and attitude.highy...
