This place has become my go to for lunch with my daughter. It’s a family owned business, and you can really feel the care and attention they put into everything. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and make you feel like a part of the family, which sets it apart from other Sahara Grill locations I’ve visited. The service is consistently excellent, quick, efficient, and always with a smile. The food is always top quality. The meats are tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and you can tell they use the best ingredients. The salad in the kebabs is always fresh and crunchy, adding a great texture. I love watching everything being made right in front of you, it adds an authentic touch and gives you confidence in the freshness of the food. I keep coming back because I know this place will never let me down, whether I’m grabbing lunch or just enjoying a meal with my daughter. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend it. It’s always good food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed

(Updated after the restaurant’s reply) I ordered a vegetarian dish, hummus, and two chicken kebab meals. Unfortunately, one of the chicken dishes had a hair inside the food. When we ordered, we clearly asked for the chicken to be well cooked. However, when the food arrived, it wasn’t. I informed the waiter that the chicken was undercooked and reminded them that we specifically requested it to be well done. The waiter didn’t seem to believe me at first and went to double-check if we had asked for it well cooked. After confirming, they finally replaced the plate. I mentioned the hair after paying, not because I wanted a free meal or compensation, but simply because I care about cleanliness and the restaurant’s reputation. I completely understand that mistakes can happen, but kitchen staff should always wear proper hair covers to avoid such issues.

Popped in for dinner and had another delicious night with Sahara Grill ❤️ We love ordering the iskender plate, comes with delicious meat and diced Turkish bread which soaks up all the juice and flavour. The garlic yoghurt lightens the meal with its slight tartness. I think it would be enough to share for 3 people. Was the first time ordering the lahmajoun pide and ofc was not disappointed. Juicy seasoned lamb mince with crisp bread and a fresh squeeze of lemon, need I say more? Yum just get it 😛 Service was great as well and food came by within maybe 5 - 10 minutes.

Took my kids to eat at Sahara outside Casula mall yesterday after school pick up only to be confronted by a male waiter who was having a chat to some old lady…he said I couldn’t sit there because I was holding a coffee cup from donut king. I thought he was joking and I proceeded to ask for a table for 5 as I intended to dine there with my family which I communicated to him but he kept talking over me and just insisted I leave the restaurant! Wow!!! He didn’t even ask nicely whether I would be willing to finish my coffee first & throw away the cup (which I would’ve happily done so) instead he just told me to buy takeaway and leave his restaurant. He said I will make their business look bad if I was to be seated with a coffee cup from a different shop. Really? Is that the real reason? I felt personally attacked by him in front of my kids! Mind you they had no customers dining there at the time. My kids were hungry but I immediately left and felt so humiliated! I will never ever go back there again and would never recommend this place to family and friends. The food is not that great anyway, extremely oily and their food hygiene is questionable, but we used to go there for our kids. I don’t normally leave a bad review ever, but this place needs to seriously reflect on their customer service/people skills because it is atrocious. There are better places to dine around Casula area and that’s where I will be taking my business...

I Had bad experience with this restaurant today, although having eaten there so many times before. I will definately not go there any more. Ordered a double shish plate and asked the lady behind the counter for garlic dip as it was separate and asked the price which she responded to by saying there was a $2, $6, and $8 one. I advised the lady I will take the $2 dip and had the meal. However when i went to pay my bill this very rude guy was trying to charge me $6. Rude guy told us that since we had eaten the dip I should pay $6 and that they dont have any $2 dip left. He talked over us and didnt bother actually trying to listen to me. The guy started swearing at my daughter and I and told us it was our fault. Told him its not our fault as i told the lady to give me the dip that was $2. He told us that the lady dosent know and we should read the menu as there was a dine in and takeaway price which the lady did not adivse us about. I would not have minded paying the extra $4 if the guy would have admitted that it was their staffs mistake and had apoligised. He then told us to just pay get out of the restaurant. His rude behaviour and failure to admitt the mistake whilst trying to charge us extra would have gotten this place a 0 star...

Payed over 50 dollars for a nice evening feed with my family, just because we had 2 cups of coffe from another shop they told us either to leave and eat my food that I payed for on the food court or gave us the opportunity to throw our coffe away. Coming from a Turkish restaurant which I’m not being racist to because I’m Turkish, if there is a family already sitting down and enjoying their food it is not respectful to do such childish behaviour as being adults.

In the end my family was split up , half of them was outside while the other half was inside. If I’m paying for a feed and I’m with my family I would at least expect the workers/owner to let us finish our coffe inside while our food is on the way. But no they didn’t give us any chances other than leaving or throwing our coffe away.

Also they need more improvement on their lahmacun 😁.

I want to repeat my self again , they did not give any chances. For example allowing it for the time being and telling us not to do it next time. I find it extremely disrespectful for what...
