We had catering provided by wild rooster chicken shop in Padstow today. They were so accommodating and provided a fabulous service. Every one of our guests was highly impressed by the quality of food and could not stop complimenting the taste of the chicken. The place is owned by an Asian family. This is a down-to-earth place but with a bit of taste surprise. Their chicken is very solid, with very good seasoning, but more to my surprise is they are doing fish & chips that taste better than the busy cross-road place! Haven't been going to the other place since I found them.

I love a good chicken and chips shop. This little gem serves some juicy chicken and fresh chips. I believe it's reasonably well priced, with a quarter chicken, chips and a can of fizzy being around the $12 or $13 mark. It comes out hot and it's rather filling. The lady who served us was friendly and helpful. Only two tables to sit at, so probably best to pick some up on the way home.
