Plus: good selection Plus: $20 for 1/2 chicken and 2 sides not bad for the east. But you get what you pay for
Plus: normally give you sauce free
Minus: food especially hot sides like chips and sweet potato fries are always warm at best. Should be fresh and hot. Also not really into shoestrings for me theyre just made for the convenience of quick cooking times, thick cut chips much better. No option for thick cut chips
Minus: wooden cutlery basically useless to cut chicken
Minus: burgers are really really average
Massive minus: Chargrill charlies must have purposely made the ordering process a huge cluster-f^¥€ to create some kind of chaos as a kind-of "we're so busy get in while we still have food/everybody else loves this place whats the big deal?" vibe. Its honestly ridiculous, theres no line and no order, youre supposed to grab a ticket then they call your number out (if you can hear them amoungst the sea of idiots trying to yell orders across a glass counter too tall for non-giants to speak over) First timers and just blatantly rude people who know the process and disregard it to push in make this "system" complete pandemonium. This is 2021, If i wanted to order food and yell at somebody id go to a chinese or sicilian market. If you go at lunch time or dinner time on a weekend good luck.
A half chicken is mostly bones, you get about 150 grams of meat off these things i dont know what anorexic birds they buy but theyre skinnier than Mick Jagger on a 7 night bender

Read moreI usually order from Uber eats so I don’t have much experience with the actual service until today. Wow what a shock I was in for.
The young female taking my order was so incredibly rude. I was asking about gluten free. She didn’t know what was and when I asked for the bbq chicken she said it has gluten. The details aren’t as important as how I was treated. She snarled and rolled her eyes at me. I commented that she didn’t need to make that face at me. She was young in her 20’s. I had my baby on me in my carrier. I’m just a Mum who was hungry wanting to grab a quick bite and grab extra food for later.
When I alerted her to her reaction she didn’t apologize she continued to make more condescending faces at me. I told her “I don’t know why you’re being so rude to me. I have done nothing to you. Please be kind. There’s no need for this.” There was a gentleman that overhead me asking her not to do that and he told her to go pack an Uber eats order. He took over my order. But also didn’t apologize for her behavior either.
I do really like their food and I was starving so I got the food and left. Spent $54 and this is how I was treated. There was no sorry, no here’s an extra — for the trouble. Nothing.
It’s so sad that this is acceptable behavior in this time in life. With so much in the world going on. I’m so disappointed, it saddens me. No one should ever be treated so poorly. Read moreI like the food however the customer service and workers were extremely rude to me. As I entered they begun laughing to one another I assume about my appearance as I had just gone through surgery and was wearing glasses to cover my bloodshot eyes. As I went up to the register they took about 10 seconds to even regard I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken. Finally after giggling to each other and talking amongst themselves they finally paid attention to me without even addressing me just blankly asking what do I want. I paid $20 for my meal and proceeded to sit down where once again they both simultaneously made gestures towards me even whilst I was sitting down insinuating harsh judgment. As I sat there waiting for my chicken schnitzel roll meal I was very uncomfortable and upset as I felt very insecure and confused as to what I had done wrong. After what felt like forever my order was finally ready although it happened to be cold and somewhat a slimy texture. She rudely shouted "CHICKEN SCHNITZEL ROLL" multiple times at me and I got up and got it. After that feeling horrible about myself I walked back to my car and got upset due to my horrible experience.
