Sam Fiszman Park — A Hidden Oasis Above Bondi
Sam Fiszman Park is one of those places you stumble upon and instantly fall in love with. Sitting high above North Bondi, it offers some of the most breathtaking, wide-open views over Bondi Beach and the endless ocean beyond. It’s a peaceful, beautifully maintained green space where you can walk, sit, or just stretch out on the grass and watch the world go by.
The ocean breeze is constant up here, and the sound of the waves below creates a calming background. It’s popular with locals who come to picnic, read, or just relax with a coffee. Families, joggers, and even solo travelers find a quiet escape here without being far from the buzz of Bondi.
The pathways are perfect for a casual stroll, and the panoramic views at sunset are absolutely unforgettable — the whole sky lights up and reflects on the water. If you’re visiting Bondi, don’t just stick to the beach — take a few minutes to walk up to Sam Fiszman Park. It’s an easy detour that rewards you with some of the best views and quiet moments you’ll find...
Read moreLovely viewing platform although quite windy but with 360 degree views of the Bondi beach, south coastline & heads & the north Bondi rocky cliffs below across an open ocean..This is a very small observatory park with large set of stairs on rocky cliffs with circular patches of grass.. The views of the rocky cliffs with unique large rocks on sandstone cliffs in the midst of crashing wild foaming waves are great for photos.. Views are particularly breathtaking especially of the open ocean at sunset.. If you follow the pathway further up the cliff it will take you to the top peak lookout of the cliff known as Ben Buckler point located on a residential street although a small area but the views are...
