overall rating: 10/10 atmosphere: clean, warm, interesting, traditional yet out of the box modern price: fair pricing food: amazing, very yummy!! so much flavour, average portion, everything was cooked to perfection customer service: A M A Z I N G, staff made us feel like we were family, so so welcoming, spoke to the owner who was very friendly and gave us recommendations. staff have very vibrant personalities yet also gave you space to eat without bothering. staff were also accomodating and making sure we were happy which we were :-))) also food came out really quickly

we loved the fact that they included a wheelchair accessible ramp as the restaurant has a unique design!! love this place and will definitely come back...

My parents love this place. I like it too ... maybe not with their fanatical devotion. The interior is pleasant, nice colourful lively Indian-themed photos on the walls. I like their lighting, it's dimmer than usual, but contrasts nicely with the lively photos. The seating is varied and quite close, but it works. The staff are efficient and no nonsense, don't expect small talk ... or a botched order. The food is delicious and each dish varies from each other ... no generic "Indian" where different curries differ only in colour. The kitchen isn't super fast, probably due to their extensive home deliveries they punch out constantly. But they get there, and it's great. This is a great restaurant for a relaxed dinner of family or friends who can chat and enjoy quality...

Absolutely lovely evening at The Cheer Factory. The food was amazing, with plenty of options for various levels of heat/spice. The mild butter chicken was genuinely mild (unlike other places where mild can still be quite spicy).

The staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the wait staff seemed a little new, the gentleman on duty (presumably the owner?) treated her respectfully and with patience, teaching her how to serve customers.

Although this was a random stop, and I had travelled a long distance to be in the area, I will definitely come back for a meal here.
