The quality of the food is very good, and they now accept eftpos which is very convenient. The service seems to have improved a little which is good. The older men/managers are more pleasant and customer focused. The processes to take orders and serve, which should be really clear and simple is usually not at a good level. Often, particularly the young men, seem to get my orders wrong, and are not focused on our needs.
To add to this, few days ago, I witnessed a major disrespect and what I would call racism. A food delivery driver come into the store asking for his order and the young man was particularly dismissive and rude to him. Even attempted to make some noise indicating ridicule of this man's culture (which appeared to be of a south Asian/Indian background). At the end, the young man shouted at him and this was very unsettling to me. We live in a multicutlural society and I know that the young man is of a Lebanese background so he ought to know that Lebanese don't want to be discriminated against by others so we all should...

A strict rule that prevents all people without face masks from accessing shops or services, even people who are lawfully exempt from public health orders and cannot wear masks for medical reasons, is likely to engage the ‘indirect discrimination’ provisions...
Read moreI’ve been a regular customer at this bakery for over 15 years and I order every morning through Uber which sometimes means my order arrives with issues, but I can’t necessarily blame the Bakery for that because I know that they try their hardest to make sure the orders are sent out correctly. To really enjoy their food you must try to pick up yourself or dine in that way your food will be fresh and hot! . Unfortunately, that’s not an option for me right now, but I still order every day even if there are issues because the pizza doesn’t make me feel sick or bloated because the bases are thin and they used good quality produce, protein and dairy. The owner can sometimes be a little bit short tempered, but the stuff are very nice and they always try to make sure my order is sent out...
