Chatime Warringah Mall Green Street — Restaurant in Sydney

I had a disappointing experience at this Chatime pop-up today around 4:50 pm. I used the self-service machine, and there was a handwritten note on sticky tape on the machine listing items they didn’t have, like chai, Thai tea, black pearls, and more. The note was so unclear I couldn’t tell if it was for that day or just left up indefinitely. I ordered a large Thai tea with black boba anyway, thinking there was a chance they might have it.

After a few minutes, one of the staff members called my name and pointed to the note with an annoyed look, making it seem like I should have known better. I apologized and asked for a regular milk tea instead. She turned around and started gossiping about me with her coworker, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very rude workers, they sold us a big size of drink they mix it in one mixer and when they added the syrup and fruits it tastes like ice because they didn't mix each in one m8xer.. they just put full 3 cups in one mixer which made our drink tastes only ice and no flavour.
