This place is super awful. They turned us away twice when we tried to use a voucher at lunch.

1st time in Nov they said last order finished and we drove all the way from St Leonards since they have no phone to contact to find out their hours.

2nd time today despite reasoning with them (Calvin) they also said the voucher is not going to be honoured saying it was Warringah mall's decision the last day would be 30 Nov 21 and we didn't know this as it was advertised no where. Then we contact the centre concierge and they said it is up to Flower Child, so essentially kicking the ball around.

The NSW Govt extended the Dine and Discover voucher so does Events Cinema vouchers all till next year 2022.

The lockdown I believe was from 26 June 21 to 11 Oct 21 and their Flower Child voucher expiry date is 1 Sept 21 so we cannot possibly go there until after 11 Oct 21 after the lockdown and our jabs. So from 26 June 21 to 1 Sept 21 is 68 days so adding that to after the lock-down (11 Oct 21) finish it should be 18 December 21 so today we can use it as it is only 11 Dec 2021. Pretty stingy and slack this business. Try to take advantage of the lockdown. P.S. by the way the voucher says only dine in only, no way we can use it during lockdown. WE USED A SIMILAR VOUCHER WITH SAME TERMS AND CONDITION ON THE DAY YOU REJECTED US AT Leaf Cafe Warringah Mall. Clearly you changed the terms and conditions because we can use it at another shop in the same mall. //----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In response to your reply, Westfield already talked to us and they said they will talk to you, and you didn't indicate what is your terms and conditions. Westfield as a form of apologies said they will offer us some other vouchers ($10) and Valet Parking but haven't accepted this. All we know is that you are stealing our rights from us by shortening the length of the voucher. And we had a few families there and it is $60 all up. The fact is that other vouchers that were given to us from the same mall also having the same expiry date we were able to use it on the SAME day you denied us on 11 Dec 21. This clearly indicate you are taken advantage of this COVID situation because we tried to use 2 vouchers that day 11 DEC 21 and you just try to use every excuse to dishonour this. We will write to ASB, ACCC and Fair Trading and to have cases against you. By the way good that you correct your spelling "Teems" to...

The cafe has a very inviting and interesting interior design which instantly caught my eye. The food coming out of the kitchen also looks very nice and presentable. However the biggest lack is the customer service. While for example the burger to take away cost only 17 dollar, the same dish costs 23 dollar when having table service. It is okay to charge a little bit not for dine in but six dollars more for one dish seems to be pretty high... I still have chosen the dine in option and order some eggs Benedict and just asked to change the poached egg to scramble egg. The waitress took my order and said it won’t be a problem. Later she came back and said the chef does not want to change the order to scrambled eggs... I just really could not understand why as both egg variations are on their menu so I insisted to have the scrambled eggs. In the end the chef made an exception for me and prepared the scrambled eggs. However the waitress came back and said it will be an exception for today but in the future the chef will not do it. I felt really unwelcome. I just think that customer service should be more in focus than design and having an instagrammabel looking dish. If a customer wants to change something for a breakfast dish which cost over 20 dollars you should be happy to acknowledge their extra wishes without any hesitation. I will...

It Is a nice and beautifully designed place with a good food however they have some inexperienced staff members...Some of them like the Man called ,,Sunny " couldn't make my DAY brighter during my visit..That's for SURE...Some staff members aren't always that friendly and they don't know how to create a good atmosphere in a such a bright and beautiful restaurant...We've ordered Something for ourselves AND the child as well and the parent did TRY some of the child's nuggets and chips and I've been told at the end of our visit that we shouldn't do that...What was going on with these guys...They should focus on their job rather than observing every single movement of a Mother and child during the MEAL..I think it was unacceptable...Customers have a right to focus on themselves during the MEAL time...Ridiculous situation in my OPINION..Restaurant is not a Bazaar and these staff members are not Detectives , they are Waiters...But I GUESS Some Staff members can always be replaced and some of them can also change their Work Attitudes in the future..This could become potential solution I guess....There is always a HOPE...Food is nice, especially salads...Beef Burger and chicken bowl is something which I can recommend and I think that it's nice that they have the OPTION with the additional indegredients...Not bad...

Went in for a quick brunch. I love the concept of flower child, however, I feel like this one just missed the mark slightly. The staff are lovely. All the girls who served us were all very friendly. However, one server had shorts on so short that you could literally see her butt cheeks - not the most appropriate IMO. Food was good….but not as good as the Chatswood branch. The mushroom toast was flavorful, but there was more bread than mushrooms. It was toast with a bit of mushrooms, not mushroom toast. I also got additional bacon, and I only got 3 pieces that were cold and dry. Not crispy - dry. My partner’s dish looked amazing - they got the big breakfast with the additional halloumi. The big breakfast came with one small piece of toast which made no sense to us. Coffee was…coffee. We ordered a soy iced latte and a hazelnut iced latte. The soy one was burnt and not enough ice cubes. The hazelnut latte did not taste like hazelnut at all. It was a decent meal and we were full, but we definitely won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Came here for lunch with my partner and got seated almost instantly. We ordered the eggs Benedict, the baked omelette, a hot chocolate and a Chai latte. The drinks came out two minutes after ordering, which was insanely quick. The quality of the hot chocolate was normal, yet the quality of the chai latte was too mild, too milky and lacked flavour. (Except the flavour of sugar) The eggs Benedict were of normal quality and well balanced in terms of ingredients. The omelette was very hearthy and came with plenty of greens. The cutlery though... What is the point of having a knife if it cannot cut through a tomato, rocket salad and a croissant. This experience wasn't cutting, but pulling. The service was kind, but quite chaotic. Also the kitchen took their time to prepare the order and the food came out around 30min after ordering? Overall we enjoyed our experience here, yet there is obvious room for improvement and sharpening. The place does look aesthetically pleasing though.
