Warringah Mall — Local services in Sydney

Warringah Mall itself has a fantastic range of shops — there’s no denying that. From fashion to food, and even a great gym on site, it’s a place we visit regularly. The layout is easy to navigate, and there’s a lot on offer for all ages.

However, our experience in the car park was extremely disappointing and has left a sour taste. My wife parked at the mall, went to the gym, did her shopping, and returned to her car to leave. As she exited the car park, the boom gate opened, but then suddenly closed onto the bonnet of our family car as she left, causing significant scratches.

She immediately reported the incident. At first, there was some communication, but then the staff member stopped returning her calls and emails entirely. We’ve now been left with damage to our car and zero accountability from Warringah Mall.

It’s incredibly frustrating that a centre of this size and reputation refuses to take responsibility or even respond properly to an issue caused by their own equipment. Clearly, customer care and follow-up are not a priority for them. Very...

Warringah Mall is such a great place to shop and hang out! It’s really wide and spacious, with plenty of room to walk around without feeling crowded. There are so many shops to explore from big-name brands to smaller local stores so you can easily spend hours here.

The mall has a nice mix of indoor and outdoor areas, which makes it feel open and relaxing, especially on a sunny day. There are also lots of food options cafés, restaurants, and snack spots perfect for taking a break while shopping.

Parking is generally good, and it’s also easy to get to by public transport. It can get a bit busy on weekends, but that’s part of the lively atmosphere.

This is one of the best Westfield shopping malls in Sydney due to the variety of stores including higher end stores. The restaurants in the food court are also a notch above the other Westfield stores. They have a half open outdoor dining / recreational / shopping area which also allows a lot of fresh air and natural light. Parking can be a bit tricky but still easier than most other Westfields. I definitely would recommend visiting if you get a chance....
