Chatime Wetherill Park — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered a thai milk tea and taro milk tea at 9:30am on a tuesday. There was no other people there and the girl was on her phone when i got there. I decided to go and get food while i was waiting. I came back 3 times in a period of 20 minutes and she still hadn't finished the 2 drinks. The thai milk tea was terrible and way to much sugar. I get thai milk tea very often from share tea so i know how it should taste. I tried to contact them and they did not answer the phone. Customer service is terrible and the wait is long (even with 3+ workers) Only one person working when there should be at least two - to take orders and make drinks. On top of that, worker is slow and doesn’t move/work efficiently. I came to pick up an order but when I got there, it wasn’t ready. She told me to wait another 5 minutes while rolling her eyes. Very poor management with toppings; multiple occasions when pearls/ boba/ bubble were sold out.

Weekdays past 3:30pm (yet mall closes at 5pm) you’d probably not be able to order pearls anymore; sometimes also happens on weekends - frustrating.

It’s like they’d rather give up sales than preparing just that lil bit more toppings.
