Worst customer experience I've had. The girl working in the back has a serious attitude problem and a lack of customer engagement skills.

There was no body at the counter when a customer who was already dining in approached and waited at the counter to ask a question. He then pressed the bell once, only to be rudely approached by the girl in the back saying "what do you want now?". He told her to relax He just wanted to know if he got a drink with his meal.

A little later two more customers entered and waited for nearly 10 mins. The girl was In the back laughing loudly and socialising with someone.

She eventually came out and took someone's order, the lady tried to pay with cash and the girl rudely said " SORRY I YOU HAVE TO PAY WITH CARD I DONT HAVE CHANGE, I haven't had a chance to go to the bank. " She then opens the register and says " TAKE a look if you don't believe me".

At this point I lost my appetite and asked the gentleman on the register for some take away boxes so I could take the left overs home. He asked the girl and she very rudely said "NEXT TIME TELL THEM TO JUST ORDER TAKE AWAY". My wife heard this and was disgusted and asked me to never take her there again which is a real shame as the food was not too bad. At this point we just packed our left overs and left and to be honest we threw the food in the bin on the way to the car as we were just turned off.

Maybe if this girl focused on how she speaks to people and not the length of her eye lashes and how thickly her make up was applied, there would have been more than 3 people in the store during a Friday lunch that many other places will have no trouble filling up...

Ok. This one is a tough one, and im going to give them the benefit of the doubt. They Really do deserve 5 stars, their food was so bloody delicious, I was properly speechless I had nothing to say except WOW !!.. I never knew this place even existed before that day I had literally walked passed it and was like oh let's just try this place, it was really a random spot and spontaneous at most. I kid you not it's definitely a place that I'll be back for more.

I really do highly recommend it. Sadly though there was the one thing that really had let it down and I'm not sure if it's a matter of lack of staff or just poorly managed. The place sort of just lacked a few thing's. When you go to eat their I kid you not you want to get messy and most of the time the food really will make your hands messy, sadly though their wasnt a sign of serviettes anywhere and almost noone at the counter most of that time to ask for some.

By pure luck I had over heard another customer ask if there was somewhere to wash their hands and they were pointed to the back. Getting There to wash up, a random paper towel roll was thrown aside and that was it, barely any soap in the dispenser or anything. Secondly we noticed that as a larger store I guess their stalls sometimes go unnoticed by staff but walking down I saw food that was left their for ages on the table and not cleaned up by staff even our stall hadn't Been wiped down.

Don't get me wrong they've got bins to throw out the food and what not but sadly not all customer's are courteous Enough to Clean up behind themselves.

Overall this place is a Must and really does sit at the top of my list amongst...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Philliez Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Double Stacker Burger and Cheese Steak Box.

The Double Stacker Burger was a taste sensation! The patties were perfectly cooked, juicy, and infused with mouthwatering flavor. Now, onto the service. Kamran, one of the staff members, was an absolute gem. His warm and friendly demeanor made the dining experience even more enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. Kamran's attentive service truly enhanced our visit.
