Unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing encounter that has left me quite frustrated.
First and foremost, the level of professionalism was severely lacking. My order was not confirmed, leading to confusion and mistakes. I specifically ordered Honey Soy Chicken but received Original Chicken instead. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was asked to order a dipping sauce, which is not a solution to the problem.
To make matters worse, I was charged the difference despite being told the correct Honey Soy Chicken would be provided. Upon arriving home, I was shocked to find that what was given to me was merely Original Chicken with a bit of sauce at the bottom, which did not even cover half the chicken. This is not acceptable, and it is certainly not Honey Soy Chicken.
When I called to address the issue, the response was dismissive and rude. There was no apology offered, and I was repeatedly told that what I received was indeed Honey Soy Chicken. As someone who has ordered Honey Soy Chicken from this restaurant multiple times, I know what it should be like, and this was not it.
I believe there are several lessons they can learn from this incident:
Always confirm the order, even if it may seem tedious. If a mistake is made, apologize sincerely and avoid charging extra. The chef should remake the dish correctly and inform the customer of the wait time. If the customer cannot wait, either cancel the order or ensure it is made properly if they are willing to wait. In the event of a complaint, resolve the issue by offering a refund or replacing the order.
I am not certain if the problem stemmed from a language barrier or simply picking the wrong order, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing.
As a result, I feel it is only fair to give a...
Read moreThe customer service at this place is beyond horrible. As soon as I walked in, the staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else – no greeting, no smile, nothing. I stood at the counter for a full five minutes while they continued talking among themselves, completely ignoring me. When they finally took my order, the cashier was incredibly rude, rolling her eyes at my questions and acting annoyed that I wanted a receipt.
Then, after waiting forever for my food, I realized they had gotten my order wrong. When I politely asked for it to be fixed, the cashier sighed loudly and practically tossed the correct item at me without an apology. It felt like I was an inconvenience just for being there! I asked to speak to a manager, but apparently, they ‘weren't available’ – even though I saw them standing in the back chatting with another employee.
I've never felt so disrespected as a paying customer. This place seriously needs a lesson in basic courtesy and professionalism. I won’t be coming back, and I'll be warning everyone I know to...

The fried chicken was delicious and the 1/2 size was generously portioned. My friends and I enjoyed the sweet chilli one the most since it had the most sauce and flavour. The honey butter one was a bit bland since there was considerably less sauce but still okay.
The miso ramen was flavourful and filling. The jajangmyeon, however, was disappointing as it was very dry - there wasn't enough sauce and the it honestly seemed overcooked. Regardless, the amount the gave us was adequate.
The customer service was top-notch - i.e. the person counter attendant who processed our payment was super thoughtful and wrote down the English names of the dishes on the receipt, since it came out in Korean.
Overall, a great place to have Korean...
