My personal experience so far hasn’t been the greatest. The thing about the place, is the lovely girl who takes orders and serves tables with a big smile on her face (nobody else there was that nice), she really makes an effort, well done!

The food was not tasty, none of the dishes we ordered: ‘Empanadas de queso’ tasted like mashed potatoes. Tasteless ‘pastel de choclos’, ‘chilena salad’ without salt and oil; better do not to mention the extra oily ‘chorrillana’. The ‘completo’ wasn't remarkable and, empanadas de pino’ were more likely Peruvian empanadas.

The service needs to improve or at least to have additional staff in the kitchen during busy hours?it is a suggestion if you want to last guys.

As I know they just started operating this business, I would give them another chance in a few months.

Can’t complain much since in Sydney we are for some reason lacking Chilean food establishments. Atmosphere is great and the owners are nice and friendly BUT they need to step up their game with some ingredients. The pebre taste like boring pico de gallo, they don’t have Chilean aji for the sandwiches and instead have Sriracha and the worst one is they use the sweet Praise mayonnaise on their sandwiches and should have Mayonesa Casera as the cheapest sandwich is still $14. The torts tres leches is great too but only comes in one size: beach sand bucket size. The food is really delicious, but unfortunately the service keeps letting me down. Yesterday I placed an order, and luckily my husband noticed on the spot that they were giving us one empanada less than we ordered — not a great start. When we got home, we realized the flavors were wrong again: they included two cheese empanadas, which I didn’t even order, and it happens to be the cheapest option on the menu. That was really disappointing, especially since I had carefully chosen the flavors I wanted. Sadly, this isn’t the first time this has happened and it really takes away from the experience.
