Update: Thanks for your thoughtfulness and your apology. No worries, but I don’t like to be portrayed as ungrateful or unjust. We definitely paid for our order. And the Iftar was only for two adults, we didn’t bring extra people.

I wouldn’t have left a two stars review if the situation was handled the way you portrayed or the fault was from our side.

—————————————————— Thanks for your interest in reading my experience. I gave two stars because the service was friendly. However my experience overall was unfortunately very disappointing.

I visited based on a friend’s recommendation for the Iftar menu.

I called to see if Iftar will be available, I was asked about the time of arrival, I said within half an hour, they said yes, and I arrived on time.

There was an hour (or more) gap between serving the soup and salad and the main course. The people there were embarrassed of how long we had been kept waiting, they said that the Iftar menu was finished, and they were preparing something, even so.. I don’t think if this was a regular order would take this long!

We were expecting to be served with dates to break our fast, but dates didn’t come. We asked for it, and it came after we finished the entrees, after about 15 minutes of asking for. I don’t think that dates need time to be prepared.

P.S: there were very few tables at the time we were there.

There was also sweet in the Iftar menu, but we didn’t get that.

The rest rooms were a mess as well. Music was very loud. I wish since it was Iftar time you showed some consideration and put something suitable.

It was a visit that we regretted. We thought that since you have Iftar menu, you will show a suitable preparation and understanding for fasting people.

Perhaps the situation wasn’t ideal for you guys at that time, but the way it was handled wasn’t professional at all. I am sorry for this...

incredible customer service , the staff is always attentive and kind and extremely helpful. I am served and seating immediately at the door and the shisha is always extremely smooth and smokes well. Coal is changed regularly, even without asking.

food is amazing, the quantity and quality of food is so impressive especially as the food is very affordable. There’s many options for every dietary requirement, plus they are flexiable upon request.

The staff also ensure that birthdays are celebrated and always go above and beyond to make the customers feel special.

All the employees are so wonderful, but special mention to the employee Hussein has always given impeccable service and makes us feel so comfortable. He’s always friendly and professional and is constantly ensuring every customer served is happy and satisfied

Honestly would highly recommend Sahrati as they have incredible customer service and the staff is always attentive and kind and extremely helpful, always greeted as soon as you walk in. the shisha is always served with highly quality flavour.
