Domino's Pizza Bondi Junction — Restaurant in Sydney

The worst store ever. I ordered pizzas for last day of work. First the ETA was 12.55pm and then when we called them at 1.30pm, they said it will be ready within 30mins. When we called them again at 2.30pm, they said it will be ready within 30 mins and I asked them why it's taking 2 hours to deliver 6x pizzas. This is the only time they tell us that they have 1 driver and that they're "busy".

I called again 10 mins later and they're not answering phone calls anymore. I literally have 20-30 calls made just to the store. "The party you're trying to reach is busy and cannot take your call". Theyre purposely ignoring our phone calls. I am calling to get a full refund of hundreds of dollars and they're not even taking our call????

Uber eats is supposed to be fast, as is "fast-food." As you'll see from the picture below, this was NOT fast. The app told me 30 minutes after my 'latest delivery' time that it should be with me shortly. I had to call the restaurant 4 times to get an update on what was going on. Told that the pizza was going in the oven and would be out in 20 minutes and then delivered. 20 minutes later I call again to be told......exactly the same thing. When the food finally arrived, one would expect either superior quality food, or some kind of compensation for poor service. Sadly, neither was in evidence. There are SO many pizza places around, and I'm simply not desperate enough to repeat this experience of poor communication, incompetence, snail-like delivery...

I ordered two pizzas for delivery on Sunday the 27th of November. Shortly after I placed the order I was called by someone from the store who said they had no delivery drivers and asked if I wanted to come pick the pizzas up. I said no and she advised me that the order would be cancelled and I would be refunded. I waited around a week for the refund and then called the store to follow up. I was told that it can take up to 7 days and to wait longer. It has now been almost three weeks and I have still not been refunded. I have called the store again and the girl on the line could not help me. It is very frustrating that I have to follow up so many times to get a refund for pizzas that were never...
