Domino's Pizza Mona Vale — Restaurant in Sydney

This was horrible, ordered online at the domino’s website order went through fine, time was quite slow to even get a response. On my end this order was sent to the wrong location and we only got notified that it was wrong when the delivery driver said they were out the front of the house, 2 hours pass this far and the manager from the store was obviously in a bad mood today as he told us “Nup nothing we can do can’t do a refund” and then hung up, we contacted the home store and they couldn’t do anything called back mona vale and then and only then he said he would do a refund and that it was going to take a few days, (now I can’t get the food I ordered, I can’t get the money back I spent and now I have to go another 2 days of no food and drinks because they couldn’t do anything, not even that they didn’t even try to do anything it was just Nup nothing we could do bye so that was horrible I’m in a grumpy mood and it sucks because I’m trembling with hunger and will be...

The worst service - don't even order from here- we ordered last time the 15 minute order, an hour and a half later we found ourself calling to see where our pizza was- they said it got stolen from the pizza guy , and we asked where it was as it was 9.30 at night. No call or anything from them to explain what happened , we kept calling and another hour later it finally arrived. They agreed we had 2 free pizzas on our file and we tried again tonight, they had no idea what I was talking about so I had to explain the whole story- again it's been 1 hour, we had to call them again to see where our pizza was and they said our address was invalid even though we live down the road- having to wait another half an hour as they lost our order 10 past 9 again ! . Won't be eating u til nearly 10pm Get some trained staffed for goodness sake ! Don't even bother ordering from here if...

It's currently 10:16pm on a Friday, I made my order for delivery at approximately 7pm only to receive a call 2 hours later stating there was a backup of orders and that there would be a 2 hour wait or I was optioned to pick my order up. I opted to pickup and while in the store I felt sorry for the manager who only had himself and a delivery driver on staff on such a busy night. To my dismay I was only offered a $10 discount on my order when I know they offer free pizza vouchers for late delivery for their 20 minute deliveries as standard. Extremely disappointed in the state of how the manager was encouraged by corporate to let workers go earlier to increase their profit margin.

I will reconsider next time I feel the urge to order food as to whether dominos has the ability to even deliver...
