Konnichiwa Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Sydney

Just got out of this restaurant and I am highly disappointed, the service was fast enough but the food wasn’t good at all, except the sushis , sashimis and miso soup. I ordered a teriyaki beef bento and the beef had a funny taste, the quality of the meat they used isn’t good to me, it tasted like it was expired. I didn’t finish it off to be honest. The entry door was constantly left open when people were walking into the restaurant and I had to ask them to close the door as the restaurant is along the main road. I am not part of the staff and it is not my job to ask people to close the door. I have noticed that it was also bothering other customers. The price for a lunch bento may be not that expensive but when you eat only half of the food it is... The WORST delivery and food experience yet once again! Constantly being met with various ridiculous excuses as to why our food is over three hours late and yet we live 5 mins away!!!! We try to support local businesses but with constant stupid responses of of why the supposed order was received or not received, a driver arrived not arrived etc etc etc. Basically if you cannot fulfill a customers order with good conscience prior to taking their money! DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER. You are being a thief and pretending your lack of English and otherwise will get you out of your responsibility. Terrible customer service

Asked for a menu and was given a QR code. I had a few questions and they looked at me very confused.

After some investigating I found out their ramen base comes from a jar and isn’t brewed the traditional way over a long day. Your Japanese ancestors would be very disappointed

Heard good things about here but I’m disappointed by this terrible ordering system / customer service. Why go to a restaurant to order from an app. Pathetic
