Read moreThe absolute worst Domino's I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from over the years. Revesby South do not have an iota of an idea how to deliver even CLOSE to on time. I have no idea why; considering it is a major part of their business, it is a monumental failing on the part of management / the franchisee. Food is always late. Always. And usually very late. Food is often cold as a result. The tracker app always suggests everything is going fine - it's being prepared in the oven ready in store being delivered delivered - and yet time passes, and still no delivery (despite the lying app). I ring, and - if I can get through - "it'll be there in fifteen minutes". I ring later, "ten more minutes". It's not how you do customer service; it's not how you do hospitality; it's not how you run a take-away pizza store. Years. Years of utterly terrible, useless service. I feel for the staff who cop all the flack due to years of mismanagement. Get rid of your useless manager and hire someone actually competent, someone who can actually do the(ir) job. Why have I continued to order (until today, as this is the absolute last straw)? Because it was quick, convenient, and easy to order familiar things locally on a single app. (I don't drive - never learnt - so I unfortunately have to rely upon delivery.) Because it was a great go-to for bad moods; the constant lateness has only ever soured my mood further and further each and every time. And I've had enough. And, judging by all the other reviews: so have everyone else. Change your entire managing staff - or just close. You are no good continuing on as you are. I ordered online for a drop and go delivery, i noticed that once I ordered the address on the order didn’t specify I was at number five in the complex. So I immediately called the store and spoke to a team member who assured me it was fine and that it would be delivered to the correct place. I kept watching the order tracker, no gps ever activated. It took over an hour, I kept checking my front door with nothing being delivered, after an hour I became frustrated I went outside to look around the complex, found my pizza at my side garage door on the floor, the pizza box was open and the food was stone cold, I then checked my app and it finally said delivered, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, he immediately took the defence and started blaming me. “You should be more specific when ordering” and he kept repeating “you selected drop and go”. I did select drop and go. But drop it at my door!!!! And knock or update the app to tell me it’s there.
He then asked me to come to the store to pick up a replacement, I declined and asked for a refund which he flatly refused, he then said he’d organise another delivery, he was so rude and dismissive the whole call. He kept talking over me and was trying to end the call.
Best believe I have contacted corporate!

Read moreThis place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. This domino’s is by far the worst store. I placed an order at 7:45pm for 2x thick shakes and a triple choc brownie. After 2 hours of it not arriving I rang and rang and rang the store with no answer at all. They kept picking up the phone and hanging straight up. I must have rang the store over 20x! By 10pm on a Tuesday night I was over it and was ready to go to bed. Finally at 10:30pm the order arrives and it was the wrong order. I questioned the delivery driver as to why it’s taken over 3 hours for this small order to arrive and all he could say was “the store is too busy”. I also questioned him as to why nobody could be bothered to answer the phone or at least let me know why it’s taking so long and all he did was shrug his shoulders. We received the wrong flavoured thick shakes and we didn’t receive the triple choc brownie. I will never order from this store again. The service is absolutely abysmal.
