Domino's Pizza Wentworthville — Restaurant in Sydney

Worst store ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THE WENTWORTH STORE!! I followed dominos protocol as per instructions for car park delivery. I arrive as per time given to me by dominos. I arrive and clicked I have arrived. I waited 40mins with no communication. I called the store twice, first time they hung up on me second time I requested to speak to manager. I was told "we're busy". I thought if that's the case hire extra staff to keep up with demand. When I advised the manager I've been waiting for 40mins his respond was "we don't do car park delivery" I asked why didn't anyone call me and he repeated the same thing. Brushed me off didn't even listen to anything I said but saying we don't do that no car park. Please mind that "car park delivery" means you park the car in front of the store doesn't have to be a parking lot. Other dominos do this except for wentworthville. I felt discriminated, spoken down on and noone was listening. When the person brought the pizza out and I asked why didn't any communicate with me and they also said what the manager told them to say to me was they don't offer these services. If someone called me I would of got my pizza 40mins ago from the store and all I was told "we don't have car park and this service is not available here" when I said why didnt contacted me to let me know and still the same thing was said. I was give cold pizza and the wrong drink! Worst customer service and communication service ever! If I could give it no stars I would! Usually go here as I am a Wentworthville local and am very disappointed every time i go here. From pizzas looking horrible to missing items something always goes wrong every order i place. This time i ordered 2 sets of wings (garlic parmesan and ranch)whit a side of ranch sauce, and a value box delivered. garlic parmesan wings dint come instead came spicy siracha wings with a side of siracha sauce, which unfortunately i cant handle much spicy stuff. As well, with the value box there was no cheesy garlic scroll in there even though it is advertised to have one. On top of all this 2 sets of wings, value box and a mountain dew took over 25 minutes to come, maybe they were busy or something (I ordered this at 1230pm). I did call the store to notify them of this issue and according to them this specific store does not receive ranch sauce anymore. A bit of communication and calling me to tell me i could not order ranch sauce would be appreciated. I also do not recommend doing kerb side pickup here as the parking spot is always filled as it is in busy area and not by a dominoes customer. Absolute horrible customer service.

Called at 10.40pm to make an order on the phone 3 times no answer. Arrive at the store at 10.50pm was only just able to make an order.

I asked young team member, "Prath" why nobody picked up the phone. She said the phone wasn't working.

So once i made the order, I walked away and sat down and rang the number. I heard the phone ring 3 times clearly.

She obviously lied and the store was quiet so this is pure laziness. When I confronted her on her lie, she stuck to her story and I said, "Sorry, I dont believe you."

My pizza was pulled out of the oven early as they were all rushing to go home so I had to then go home and cook the rest of it in my own oven.

If this business owner wants to make money, I suggest sack the staff there giving the store a bad name and invest in training and educate the importance of customer service skills.

Plenty of school leavers or other workers who would love a job and woukd take it a lot more seriously than the workers there that night.
