I love this place. The staff are friendly and on top of their game; this café does a lot of trade but never feels busy or rushed. There's a leafy, spacious outdoor area and a well-ventilated indoor space. The menu features solid brunch faves elevated with chef-y touches. My faves are deceptively basic items like porridge, crumpets, and the chicken sando. The crumpets come with a large dollop of vanilla bean mascarpone, a nest of fresh berries and citrus, and a drizzle of honey. So basic but executed so well. The chicken sandwich is a perfectly crisp panini bursting at the seams with tender poached chicken and peppery fresh rocket, drizzled with a garlicky aioli. I can also recommend the cakes, particularly the passionfruit yoghurt cake. The coffee here is very punchy — kind of halfway between second and third wave. Love having this place in the...

Coffee was okay Cafe was okay First time visiting this coffee shop. Visited 3rd/Jan/2025 at 11:45am

This is my experience to share, and I hope the owner of this coffee shop read this comment.

I ordered 1 large latte and 1 plain crossiant this morning,

After I made payment for my food, I requested, "Could you please heat up the crossiant?" After I requested, she frowned her face and talked back to me."Next time, please tell me before order,"

Even the coffee shop wasn't busy at all

This is very disrespectful to the customer and not the right way to do customer service.

I feel unpleasant because of this person

I ruined my day start because of this coffee shop.

After I received the food and drink, I didn't want to feel like I could eat it, so I threw away into the bin

I will not...

The burger was absolutely delicious. The Turkish eggs, were quite underwhelming as it was missing one of the most imported things, and that’s the paprika oil on top. This is basically the entire idea behind Turkish eggs and yoghurt - however, the flavour was still pleasant. The chicken sandwich was nothing to really remember. The atmosphere was nice, with a beautiful breeze in the backyard area. I do love that they had a cubby house for children to play in, but it hasn’t been cleaned and there’s spider webs all over it; this is very unsafe, if you’re planning on having somewhere for children to play in, you need to be more careful about what you’re offering to them - this means you guys should be cleaning and checking for dangerous bugs.

All in all, we’ll be back - especially...

This is a great inner west cafe offering great food and great coffee. It always has plenty of patronage which, to me, is a good indication that it does things really well. Plenty of seating inside and out. Nice buzzy vibe and a really good selection of food offerings to cater to everyone. The staff are friendly and attentive which is exactly what you want from a cafe. You can also grab a bag of their well known coffee beans. Really worth a visit.

This is quite a trendy cafe with lots of seating both indoor and out. I commend them for the large teapot- so many cafes give you a tiny one - why it’s only water ! Nice muffin although I asked for it warm but came only tepid on the outside and cold on the inside - I wouldn’t have Indeed if they microwaved it….. Food looked nice and prices were reasonable Stayed a while and worked on the laptop and wasn’t hassled which was great. also good wifi
