Dough Boss Bankstown — Restaurant in Sydney

I used to love coming to dough boss for their Chicken Delight wrap every lunch at TAFE; it was always so beautifully made and tasted utterly delightful. The ladies working there were so lovely and nice and polite, and I really miss them. The music they play has always been amazing, no notes there.

However, in recent months, their quality of food seems to have taken a nose-dive, and the food doesn’t taste that good any more. On one occasion I got my usual Chicken Delight only to find they had randomly changed the recipe to include pickles!!

On another occasion, my friend and I both ordered a chicken delight, and my friend got the wrong wrap, getting the Ultimate Chicken. On a third occasion, I got cheese and pickles on my wrap randomly, and the wrap itself was undercooked. On yet another occasion my friend got the meat and cheese pizza, and the meat and cheese were soggy and looked like mush, I tasted it and it tasted bitter and gross. And just today, I waited 15-20 minutes to get a slightly burnt wrap that was cold. Even when they get the wraps right, it doesn’t tastes right, they must put way too much garlic mayo on there. The chicken is often too undercooked and tough, and the wrap itself undercooked and too doughey, and at best it tastes fine.

I am so disappointed in this dip in quality, you used to be my favourite place to go in Bankstown. I’m so sorry to have to write this, but I’ve been let down...

I like their food and the people who work here are lovely but they always get my order wrong. For example last time I asked for a sujuk and cheese pizza and another pizza with just cheese. The girl who served me only put down the sujuk and cheese and I didn't even notice until I only had 1 pizza to pick up when they called my number, had to get back to work so didn't have time to ask for the extra pizza to be made. Then today I ordered a sujuk deluxe and a spinach pie. I didn't say say it fast by any means but he only put down the sujuk deluxe so I had to repeat myself about the spinach pie. Collect my order and get back to work and my sujuk deluxe doesn't even have sujuk it had spinach instead? You can see my receipt that I ordered a sujuk deluxe. It's a shame because their food is good but it's turned me...

Next to Aldi! Perfect place after grocery shopping for coffee and made to order ‘mini pizza’. All pizza are made as you order. A clean and nice undercover sitting area. As you can see from the photo, there is no way I could finish the whole pizza. I had Jebneh, feta and mozzarella blend. Yummmm..... a great place to chill out with friends that will not put a hole in your pocket!!!
