Seafood Delight — Restaurant in Sydney

Terrible service this morning. Rude abusive staff to me when I only asked for a receipt that showed the kg and price. They shooed me gave back my money and told us to go away....never coming back here again. Staff told me it's broken that doesn't do any good for my NDIS elderly client any justice either. That's your job to fix your machine not customers. I even asked the male staff to write in a piece of paper the receipt in weights he refused and told me to take a photo of the weight machine what a load of crap. You want to run a business do it the proper way not justify the cruel acts of your staff. Worst business people ever!!!! I also run a business and I have to ensure my clients get what they asked for proper receipts showing their order in kg and price. My client was very upset as they suffered cormobidities, when they ask for it I must present it. You know my client can sue your company. We live in Australia mate do things the proper way. Not long moved into the area and wanted to find a great seafood shop to surprise my husband with a beautiful meal, who has lived here for hisa life. Brought oysters and almost a kilo of green prawns. When I got them home we had disregard 3 prawns because they were so old and the rest had completely shrunken eyes and shrivelled heads. The oysters were fresher but not great. I wanted to take them back, but we decided to go ahead and pick out best prawns and only use them. My husband is now on the toilet sick. I can’t believe it to be honest. Ive eaten here before and was decent. But this time it was honestly not a good experience. Fish cocktails had barely any fish at all. It was all batter. I did tell them and they were happy to replace the pieces that had no fish inside. But it wasnt flaky fish, was either overcooked or just bad fish. I ordered some octopus as well, flavour was nice but was abit chewy and cut up into smaller pieces. Chips were excellent on a good note. Dont think i will order again from this...
