Memorable! First go with our young family to celebrate anniversary. We arrived earlier than 7pm reservation but were seated right away next to the kiddie nook (wall mounted tv, chalkboard, pillows - as requested in online booking). Felt like 10 mins before host came back after being greeted at the door/given the menu but only actually exactly 7pm. It gave us enough time to settle and browse through food options. Atmosphere had a modern, relaxed, and family oriented vibe with a comprehensive yet simply presented, unpretentious menu. I must admit that I was a bit nervous since my critical 9yo boy was insisting on a menu with burger/ribs. But then realised that since it was Dad & Mum's night, he gave in "as long as the food is good"! Tried their entree - garlic herb bread (soft/yum!), salt & pepper calamari (perfect), pork belly (tender & enjoyable but with room for improvement on flavour), kiddie - fish & chips (gladly grilled), pasta - gnocchi mare monte (top marks - prawns, avocado, cream, napolitana sauce), pizza - polpette (love! - homemade meatballs, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, oregano), desserts - tiramisu, vanilla panna cotta (kids raving about it - with mixed berry coulis, gelato). Our little bunch of critics loved them all! My personal favourite was the surprising gnocchi, tasty wood fired popette and refreshing panna cotta. We interacted with about 4 staff who were all warm, gracious, and accommodating. It was a full house on a Tuesday night but staff tried their best to look after our needs/wants. Agree with Eddie B's review here that kiddie area is enabling....we got to enjoy our meal and extend our stay too! Our littlest one asked if we can go again the next day (nearly finished Trolls movie while playing with big brother). A couple of tables sacrificed to give way to this kiddie corner is just brilliant/priceless. Local Italian gem with ample parking away from busy Parramatta/Hills food districts. Thank you Enzo’s Cucina for a great family dining experience!

I have been to many Italian restaurants all around Sydney, and tonight eating at Enzos cucina was one of the worst experiences eating out I have ever had. Customer service was rude as soon as I walked in, I had a reservation for me and my partner and got told from a far to “sit over there” I was shocked. Then we sit down and get moved again by the same arrogant waiter. I ordered a linguine cabonara and my partner ordered a mussel rissotto. We get our food suspiciously fast and again the same arrogant waiter was very passive aggressive while he was taking our order. Now this is the absolutely shocking part, as my partner was eating her risotto she found a raw mussel in her rissotto and my linguine was no better tasted like it was microwaved. We paid and left in under 10mins because of how foul the food was. Customer service besides the lady who served our food was absolutely terrible . Food was foul. Atmosphere completely terrible. Never attend this place if you’re looking for a good night with your partner. Will attach photos below. Absolutely dreadful.

Went with family 👪 on my birthday and this is my second time after 3 years. Had no idea about Italian when I went for the first time. So writing my review now. I somehow like the ambience of this restaurant. Nice and warm during winter because of the crowd. The food was fantastic I would say. I had garlic prawns as starters, it was good but lacked garlic flavour. I had Lamb shank for the main course. My word!!! This is the BEST SLOW COOKED LAMB SHANK I ever had in my life. The meat was just melting in my mouth. I didn't even used the knife to cut the meat, that tender it was. It was out of the world. The fat from the shank with a portion of meat and mashed potatoes.... aaah can't describe..!!! My wife had prawn gnocchi and it was too good as well. My kids has spaghetti 🍝 and chicken skewers. They also enjoyed it. Dessert took a bit of time. I would say, the space is too tight with the number of tables. Expect delay in serving during peak hours.

- Overpriced food. Menu options is average. - When busy it's like a chaotic food court. - It's a nice place for social gatherings with friends or colleagues coz location is convenient. - Customer service, not great. They don't come back and check up on you. Don't tip here. - Turn around time - Forever. Overall, I don't hate this place. I just want to give my honest opinion. Just coz it's Italian restaurant and venue looks nice, doesn't mean food is nice. About my pizza: - Veggie pizza was not great. It was average. I could have gotten the same pizza, cheaper, faster and tastier at a kebab shop. - $24 for an oven pizza that tasted average with cheap ingredients and average size. That is expensive. crazy how it's a western Sydney restaurant, and I can compare - I've had woodfire pizza at a Merivale venue in the Eastern Suburbs- same price and tastier. So yeah, they can over charge but they won't get repeating customers.

We'd driven past here many a Monday night and wondered why on earth this place was so busy - on Monday night of all nights. So when my husband's birthday fell on Monday this year we went to check it out. And now we know... Enzo's has a spectacular menu, a great atmosphere and fantastic staff. We had a pork belly pizza after the massive shared entree platter and it was really nice to be warned about its size, instead of being deliberately oversold as happens so much elsewhere. We often find that kids' meals are a great indication of restaurant quality and how much they really care. On that measure, the spag bol really hit the mark - delicious and flavoursome and not at all perfunctory as so many kids' meals are. We turned out to be one of three birthdays being celebrated that night. No surprises there. It was our first time but we'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great night!

Due to a previous positive dining experience, Enzos Cucina promised to be an exciting dinner destination this week. Sadly, the experience was not quite as good this time. The restaurant wasn't busy on the Tuesday night, but the wait between dishes seemed to be long. We even noticed the table next to us were served their main before us, even though we placed our order before they did, and dessert also seemed to take forever to arrive. All of the wait staff were quite young, possibly in their teens and although many of them put in an effort at times their inexperience was evident. Notwithstanding, the quality of the food was good, as expected, but premiumly priced - the bill came to about $120 for two people. Enzo's is still a good local find, and I hope your experience is better.
