Finn &Co is a nice cafe that does their food very well! When you go in, you can smell butter and sugar - that means freshly baked goods in house!!! We ordered chicken wrap and eggs your way on toast. Both were so delicious- the poached eggs were the best. Poached eggs from most other cafes tastes a bit sour from vinegar that goes in the water. And I was told that you put cooked eggs in the cold fresh water after poached, so it doesn’t keep cooking while other food is getting ready and remove the vinegary taste. Most cafes don’t do it because it’s extra effort, and the chef at Finn&Co put extra effort to make the plate perfect. Also the toast was perfect cooked, chicken wrap had balanced flavour. Then we ordered a carrot cupcake - it took 10 min and we were wondering why it takes time, because you expect a cold cupcake directly from the fridge in other cafes. But my cupcake in Finn&Co was served warm!!! What a great way to enjoy this delicious treat! I don’t know how they did it, but the cupcake was hot but frosting didn’t melt at all. It was definitely the best. The service was very good. Staff was attentive, efficient and friendly. Food came out hot like they cooked 2 seconds ago, and the timing of drink and food was good. Only one thing was, it was a hot summer day and inside of cafe was stuffy with people ( it was sunday lunch and was FULL), kitchen and food. There was an air conditioner but wasn’t on at all. Guess just fans would’ve done a good job. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal. Will definitely go back for fresh baked scones.

Personally the BEST cafe in Springwood, even though it’s on the opposite end of the train station, MAKE THE TREK. You won’t be disappointed. The customer service was excellent on both occasions that I visited. Price wise, it’s average.. not very cheap but not super expensive.. The chai milkshake is my new favorite, the portion is very generous and the drink is so delicious! The fried barra and chips were flavored very well. Chips were seasoned really well and the tartare sauce was really special. The Tex Mex bowl was delicious though i recommend adding the slow cooked beef if you’re not a vegetarian or vegan because it takes the bowl to a whole ‘nother level. The sweet potato fries were very filling, very generous portions.. I was very impressed with the customer service and just wanted to encourage you guys to keep up the good work! It gives really good vibes to us, customers, when we are greeted with a cheery hello and are treated well :))

Great experience, nice rustic decor and very friendly staff. The food was good, their mountain breakfast plate was big enough to share between two. A little simpler than more trendy brunch places but sometimes getting back to basics is good. The Alice in wonderland waffles were also good, crisp waffles and generous serves of ice cream but I wish they let us pour the maple syrup ourselves and it was over used and made the dish too sweet. They also were very proud of their Brownies, with staff and signage recommending we try their home made treat. We happily obliged and took one home and I'm glad to say they lived up to the hype. 15 seconds in my microwave and they were warm and gooey while remaining crisp outside. Very happy with this place and will be back next time we are in Springwood.

I would love to say I have tried it... but I can't ever get in. The first time I tried we had just moved into the area and it was just my 2 kids and me. We went in to see if we could get a table, there was two tables outside that a waiter was pushing together for another family of 3. I asked the waiter if we could also get a table and he said that this was the last table - the other family suggested that the waiter split the tables back up saying there was enough room for everyone. The waiter said that he could but there was most likely one chair short so no - go away. There was plenty of chairs inside and my small son would have sat in a high chair anyway. The other family was happy to have a slightly smaller table but it seemed all too much effort for the waiter to look for another chair.

Again, looking for somewhere to get breakfast, I called several times today from the phone number on the website and there was no answer. 3 times it rang out.

I would love to actually review the food and coffee. But it seems that you don't want any...
