I’ve ordered from here before and it was average take away food. Which was fine but this is the first time I recall sitting down inside. I sat down to an empty restaurant having been directed to the single chair, all good. Nice staff apart from the banter at the counter which is fine I’m not going to tell them how to run the place. The jasmine tea arrived first. Delicious. Then my entree arrived and was slammed on my table. Simple mistake but no apology which was fine. I was treated to substandard fried tofu crinkle cut sliced with a bit of sweet and sour sauce which made it bearable. Then the main arrived. The presentation was just atrocious. Vegetables drowned in a pool of soy with a bit of satay lumped on the top. I managed to get through the tofu and some of the vegetables were fresh but overall a very disappointing meal. I was going to order fried ice cream but I’m way to scared to. At least I had a nice jasmine tea to wash down the disappointment. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again till they lift their game. Which may be never. Not quite sure what I’m paying for this but it’s not worth it at any price.

4 out of 4? Yep, when you are a paint by numbers Thai chain, you're never going to rise to David Thomson, prasit or sujit flavour heights. The menu has the items that keep the masses happy, including sauces that have enough veritas to keep me away from regretville, and enough sugar to keep the population returning. The staff are good, and it all costs pennies in the scheme of dining out.

My partner and I order from here often and eat in occasionally. The service here is very polite and attentive (ensure allergens are catered too) The food is delicious, we had the duck yellow curry and the beef pad thai. The atmosphere is pleasant, sometimes a bit quiet.

Order an orange juice and they bring a box juice and a glass to your table!? And it was a funky tasting box juice. Didnt receive the fish cakes we asked for. Both the stir fry and curry we ordered were barely room temperature. No noodles or extra rice was offered as an up sell (how are we supposed to know nothing comes with noodles?). When we asked food to be boxed so we could heat it up at home, we then had to put food in the containers ourselves!!? So we have to pour our own juice, heat our own food, and transfer the food into takeaway containers. I wasnt aware it was a self serve restaurant....

Terrible. Web site quoted 1hr for delivery. It actually arrived 1 hr and 45 min after order. Way too long. Rang shop twice and they had no idea where it was only to tell me was with the driver. Said they had no way of contacting driver. Mobile phone might be an idea. I checked with the driver when arrived as to what time she left the shop and it was after I was first told the delivery had already left. Never ever should you lie to a customer. Food was not hot and had to be reheated. Very poor quality, overpriced and all way too greasy. Will never order there again. Lots of other...
