Springwood Kebab House — Restaurant in Sydney

I FINALLY got around to trying out Springwood Kebab House this past month. Had take out from there 3 times, & sat in with friends once.

The food that I've had here was just fine. Good standard kebab, chips were okay, slightly 'fishy'. Staff have used a moderate amount of sauces on my kebabs, which is just fine.

Small store, not a lot of seating space for customers, however outside is a little more spacious. Seems to be plenty of staff on at the busy hours/days, less so at other times.

Spent $80 last night on a kebab that was completely wrong. The garlic sauce was aweful and they forgot half the order...

I rang them and tried to address the issue to which they replied "well we sent the food with our delivery driver. Let us ring him and we'll call you back."

I never got a phone call back and when I tried ringing them back two times and they didn't answer.

I spent $80 and myself and the kids had chips on Lebanese bread.

Awful experience with rude people who ripped us off.

The Springwood kebab house has provided the three weary travellers with the absolute sustenance required for the remainder of our journey back to south Sydney. A beautiful HSP was all we needed to keep us going. When I ordered, the lovely lady at the counter thought I said my name was Daniel or didn’t care enough to figure out how to spell ‘Declan’ but I appreciate the mystique.
