Fish Master Seafood Willoughby — Restaurant in Sydney

Fish Master is our household favourite for fish and chips. The seafood is always fresh, the batter and chips crispy with the perfect amount of chicken salt and the owners are super friendly. I enjoy the portugese chicken burger or the fish burger when I feel like something different whilst my partner loves the battered fresh tasmanian scallops with his fish and chips. The potato scallops even taste good when cold the next day! I've often put their seafood salad in a roll with vegies for lunch too.

The shop has a few tables and chairs to eat in but most customers do take away. The shop is very clean and well maintained.

Take note of the trading hours - they are closed on Sunday and Monday I believe and they take a well earned long break over...

Best potato scallops around, done perfectly. Crab sticks good. I enjoy these with chicken salt 🤭.

Would also recommend the grilled octopus! Calamari and fish also done well, ask for market fish or go with your favourite.

Would say skip on chips and substitute with the above; the husband and wife team are happy to exchange chips for potato scallops for me, as I find the chips bland.

Long term customer and I appreciate the quality and reliability all the more after each disappointing / ordinary experience elsewhere.

I'm disappointed (in myself!) having lived in Willoughby for over a year and have only just been to this place.

The shop is great.. Very clean.. Everything well presented. Staff were very friendly and the order was ready in just a few minutes.

Food was amazing. Perfectly cooked calamari that melts in your mouth. The burger was tasty and delicious.. Reminded me of the fish and chip shop burgers I used to enjoy growing up. I think the tartare sauce is home made.. Even that was great.
