Papas Coffee — Restaurant in Sydney

I have been to this place a few times and generally liked the atmosphere of the place. However, this time I made the mistake of ordering a cubano. It offered pork crackling pork, pickles, cheese and ham. Fairly faithful recreation but the execution was very poor.

The pork was very under seasoned, it was fairly bland and could use 2-3x more seasoning.

The pork crackling was from some mass manufactured packaging, they were all uniform and quite stale.

Though the chips were pretty good.

I would have given a better score in service if they would let me order some new food.

I was willing to pay money for new food and instead they confronted me about what was wrong about it and if I had it before! I am a bit of an introvert and also very hungry I just left the place and...

I would have given more stars if review weren't fake and answered by the owner himself as you see him on the profile photo of the reviewer...

This place has changed since we last visited. Menu has gone the Mediterranean / middle eastern mix rather than usual modern Australian. We had coffee and food while coffee was on the warmer side which we didn't ask for and sadly some of the food options on menu isn't even available at all which wasn't mentioned by any staff and overall had a bland avocado dish very different from...

Have visited papas coffee quite sometimes now. Absolutely amazing customer service, and delicious food & coffee.

Everything ranging from the cookies in front to the breakfast wraps made by the chef! Absolutely fantastic.

Owner(Zeid) takes great care of customers and always greeting with a smile! Server is ready to take your order and goes above and beyond in taking care of your needs. Barista (Costa) knows his coffee well and able to provide me with exactly what I need.
