Flame N Fork - Steakhouse & Wine Bar Dee Why — Restaurant in Sydney

My boyfriend and I are on vacation here for a wedding, we stopped into this place for a bite to eat however after ordering our first drink we got a message from family that they wanted to meet somewhere else. We decided to leave and the staff was incredibly kind and they worried that we were leaving due to being unhappy with our drinks. We explained that there was simply a change of plans and they were completely understanding. Well fast forward 30 mins and the plans with our family changed once again so we decided to come back to FlameNFork. Shera and all of the staff were incredibly accommodating and happy to see us back! (Thank you for putting up with all of our back and forth!) We ended up having fantastic drinks and food. The wings were large and crispy, the Burratta was fresh and fully loaded and the meat lovers pizza was so filling and delicious. The staff was very attentive and ensured we have a wonderful time. We ended up putting in an entire to go order to share with family later that day. Highly recommend stopping by. We already have plans to head back for another meal! First I saw FlameNFork was there promoting on Instagram and thought I’ll come in and give it go. First I didn’t know it was the replacement of RASHAYS at Dee Why. But, It started off with a warm welcome from the staff, they sat us down Table no.4 and looked after us by asking if we wanted some water which I think was good. Manager then came over and handed over the menus and greeted us which I felt warmed welcomed. Very polite, well spoken and neatly groomed by staff and managers at the restaurant.Menu looked awesome and heaps of variety to choose from. Food came out appropriately normal than late, I ordered the Steak and Ribs and the Crispy Salmon which presentation was excellent, food it itself was delicious. We stumbled upon Flame & Fork by chance while visiting Dee Why from St Ives, and what a gem it turned out to be! The food and ambiance were fantastic, but the standout feature was the exceptional level of customer service.

We were pleasantly surprised when the owner, Shera, stopped by our table to introduce himself. He shared his story and passion for the food industry, as well as his commitment to creating customer experiences that keep people coming back. It’s rare to find this kind of genuine, old-fashioned service these days, especially outside of high-end, high-cost fine dining establishments.
