Italian Pasta Co. — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered 1 pizza and a pasta, I then received 2 pizzas. I ordered a meat ball penne pasta and received a meat ball pizza. I then called the Resturant to find out what happened and the young guy I spoke with then continued to tell me I ordered 2 pizzas which I clearly did not. I went and rechecked my receipt to make sure there was no mistake. They clearly didn’t read the order because why would I specifically add penne pasta on a pizza.. anyway after about 5 minutes of going back and forth I then asked for the managers number and he then calmed down and offered that I can come back tomorrow night to get my pasta.. it’s not even about the bloody pasta it’s the principle of not reading your order properly, then in turn arguing with me saying I’m wrong when the receipt says pasta not pizza! and also being as rude about it I can understand a mistake as mistakes happen but .. I will never be back here. I feel like you need to get some new staff that actually read there orders and if a mistake is made which happens listen to your customer...

I use to order here quite a bit and thought I'd see if they were still alright. They weren't. The ordering process (pasta + garlic bread) was a bit difficult for the teen girl at the counter and I did feel for her at first, I asked how long she said 15min. 25mins later, I'm still waiting at the shop watching other people and orders come and go till the point where they start cleaning up. There was one order on the counter just sitting there but my buzzer hadn't gone off so I didn't want to assume it was mine. Another 10mins go by and they move the order from the counter to the back and I'm suspicious. A couple more mins go by and another young girl comes out with the bag I assume was sitting there for a good 15mins and says apologised for the wait which is why I'm giving an extra star. If you want service and decent food, go somewhere else, it see they have lost interest and it shows through the other...

Absolutely ridiculous long wait times for a home delivery.. well over an 1.5hrs late ontop of the 1.5hr delivery time from order we were given.. So 3hrs for pizza and some pasta! 3 phone calls to be told each time the driver left 10min ago time time again.. You guys lie to customers and dont even seem to care! One guy answers the phone says he'll call the delivery driver to find out where he is and then told someone else to take the call just to be told again it left 10 mins ago... My last phone call was unanswered after 5 or more attempts again to try and find out where or food was so they were obviously screening my calls to not answer. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER OFF YOU AGAIN AFTER THIS BS TONIGHT!! You guys are an absolute circus run by a bunch of clowns. Extremely poor...
