Ok so I have always really wanted to love this place, I’m local and this is an easy stroll... I’m a big fan of Sunday morning breakfast and coffee and in a lot of ways this place does not disappoint... food is fantastic, coffee is perfect every time but it’s the service and general staff attitude that had killed it for me. In the past. I’m finally reviewing because the cafe was run today by a guy who usually works in their Seaforth cafe... he was LOVELY. It’s interesting, I’m reading lots of comments about this place having friendly staff but amongst most locals I talk to it’s common that people disagree with that - I hope this guy stays because a local cafe needs a friendly atmosphere... and it made a huge difference...

Pleasing the customer is one thing, however ignoring well established health guidelines is another all together.
Animals are specifically forbidden by NSW Health from being inside enclosed areas in cafes and restaurants. Dogs carry a variety of dangerous diseases that are particularly deadly for toddlers, pregnant women and the immune compromised.
