The food was good but the service is the worst I ever received. We had dinner on Saturday night, 3 adults and 2 children. When we arrived, still had few empty tables but it was full after. My son went to toilet twice and the toilet is located outside restaurant within the building complex. When we came back from 2nd toilet trip, I met one of my daughter's friend and his family. So we say hi and stop to chat for less than 5 mins as their food was arriving and We also wanted to continue our meal. When we arrived on our table, my friend and my sister told me that the waitress had come and asked several time if we have finished our meal. I just sit back on my seat and the waitress came to ask if we finish our meal. I told them no and they are trying to clear some dirty plates from our table. The waitress even took the cup that my sister used, which she still wanted to drink from it. There was this waitress was STARING at me trying to eat as fast as I could and fed my son at the same time. My friend paid the bill while waiting for us to finish our meal. Then the waitress said they have people waiting outside for our table and blamed me that I was chit chatting for too long with friend outside. My sister is usually calm person and she was so angry and said to the waitress: We are paying customer and it is our right to eat and finish our meal. The waitress still wanted to argue with my sister but the other waitress told her not to keep arguing. I never ever have this kind of treatment from waitress. In this restaurant, you supposed to eat as fast as you could and leave so they can have lots of table turned, no need to enjoy what you are eating. We pay for the food and service, I expect that I can enjoy the food without the needs to worry about waitress STARING at me and scolding me for chat less than 5 mins. How about those people that sit and chat on their own table, they should not chat but to hurry up eating and finish the meal too? not every kids eat fast and not everyone eat fast. We come to restaurant to ENJOY the food , not to be rushed. This is not my first visit to this restaurant but definitely will be...

This is no longer the best Korean restaurant. I used to love this place so much that I would spend over $100 every time I ate barbecue or not (I'm sure). I don't mind the high price and the recent price increase, but I just can't stand the service and the declining quality of this store.

For the quality of roast meat, you can find a lot of restaurants in Sydney with better meat and better prices.

The reason why the food is delicious is that many of them are semi-prepared. They use instant noodles that can be bought in supermarkets and add stale seafood to make their seafood noodles.

The Korean lady at the checkout counter makes me feel like I owe her millions of dollars...

There will never be a waiter to take you to your table when you arrive.

This shop used to be willing to use NSW voucher. I don't want to hear a lot about your reasons for not wanting to use NSW voucher, and I told you at the beginning that I used to spend at least $100 each time. This is only the first time I have proposed the use of voucher.

This is the first time I've ever left a bad review on Google, and I find it hard to believe that this was once my favorite store. You lost your loyal customers. I'm not coming back. But thank you to all of you who have been great in the...

I really loved the food here, which is the reason why we remembered this place, but UNFORTUNATELY, we didn't enjoy our experience this time. One staff (waiter) was really RUDE and didn't seem happy when we were ordering our food and when she's serving our food. The lady from the kitchen was also insisting that we sit outside since there's 6 of us, and we won't fit on the table with 4 chairs. She's talking about my 3-month-old baby and a 2-year-old kid being the 5th and 6th person. Note, it was raining cats and dogs yesterday so who wants to sit outside??? Anyway, it was just really bad. I've had experiences which were twice busier, but we were really satisfied.

On the other hand, I would like to commend "Nana" the lady who checked us out. She was excellent! hope everyone's like her. You can tell that she's so tired and busy, but she maintained composure and smile. :) Nana, if you're reading this, keep it up. You're the only reason why we may come back...

Been here twice, once for the raw beef bibimbap and the second time for the BBQ. Everything was well presented; service was polite and prompt. On both visits, the raw beef was tender but somewhat puzzlingly bereft of beefy flavours. On the other hand, the slices of beef tongue were straight out delicious. The steamed egg was overcooked and had turned the corner from silky soft to unpleasantly firm. The restaurant is on street level, and there are some parking spaces directly in front in the tight little cul-de-sac. The owner keeps an eagle eye on her wait staff, ensuring that our side dishes are topped up, water jug refilled and the grill plate changed midway before it got too encrusted.

Very popular local Korean restaurant that not only does bbq but also various types of Korean homemade dishes including hot pot stew and stir fry, rice and noodle dishes and pancakes. Recommend the soup dishes and the steamed scrabbled eggs. They also do free refill of the small pickled dishes and the staff there are very friendly. They are very thoughtful as well when we dined in there was a big table of 10 people and quite loud, so when a older couple asked to change table they didn't it without hesitation which was very considerating. Will try bbq next time.
