Crown Convenience Store — Local services in Sydney

I went to pick up 2 parcel that I bought from Ebay today, and I decline to pick up as the assistant in the convenience store told me that in order for me to pick up the parcel I had to pay an extra charge of $5 for each parcel , I find it a total rip off so if you got 4 you pay them $20 plus the charge of already charge on the things you buy and pay delivery , I contacted the sellers they had no idea of these charges .one offer me to have a refund for the charge but that its out of his good will , no other parcel.pick up charge extra, Kennard storage doesn't charge I know that much .I was very disappointed and find it a total disgrace for them ripping off for that service they chose to offer ... then I came home try to call them back 6 times no luck never answer try to chat on line no reply back for the expect time of 15 minutes . Not a reliable source of parcel.pick up would not...
