The worst sushi shop I've encountered with. I ordered some salmon sushis, a soy sauce and two wasabi from Sushi Train Mini Stop Waterloo on Uber Eats. But when I receive the order, I didn't get my wasabi and soy sauce in the bag. I wonder how can I eat my sushi without any soy sauce and wasabi? I was very frustrated after a whole day of work and craving for my dinner, but when I receive my delivery without the basic sides that are mandatory to having sushi, I can't even get a complete dinner for myself. Tried to call the shop, however, all I can receive are 'sorry' from the staff that working in the shop. Any constructive options are missing in the explanation. I was very frustrated to call them multiple times than I received a call from someone who sounds like a manager. I try to explain my situation to him but there are no empathy shown in the manager but to just saying 'sorry' and asked me to order again. It's 8 pm in the afternoon and I need to wake up early tomorrow so how could I spend more time energy and effort on dealing with this kind of unrespectful and irresponsible shop. Not mentioning that when I was trying to make my point, the manager accused me of discrimination and asked me to apologize. However, when I apologize, He totally couldn't accept that and for the rest of the conversation, whatever I say he just kept accusing me of discrimination. At the last, He just tell me to contact Uber eats customer services and hang up the phone immediately without waiting for my responses. However, when I search online, there's no customer service that let me to speak to a human and it's no way of getting the full refund. Anyways, it's the most disappointing service that I have ever used and please be careful when you order anything from them because they can left out anything important easily and get away from any possible consequences easily with an...
Read moreI bought two boxes of chicken sushi and one box of salmon sushi on 15/12 2PM. The waiter seemed impatient from the moment he took the order. Then he went to make sushi, and he ended up putting different types of sushi together, so I asked him to help us separate them because my wife and I were going to different places. The waiter’s behavior made me feel like he was reluctant to help us separate them as he rolled his eyes at us and he also forgot about our salmon sushi. I remind him that the salmon sushi hasn‘t come yet, Please bring it to us. But instead of feeling sorry, he thought we were causing his trouble. I’ve been to many Japanese sushi restaurants. This time I felt the service was the worst in Sydney. Unfortunately you are a waiter from Japan. I‘m ashamed of...
Read moreHidden little sushi spot, perfect for people looking for traditional sushi. Salmon, tuna and kingfish are always high quality, we’ve come many times already and the quality is always top notch. I’ve read the other reviews, and I just want to share a tip. Hot dishes are good enough, same you would expect from any kaiten sushi, which is what this chain is originally. If you want hot dishes, go to a izakaya or ramen-ya. Hot dishes aren’t bad, but they are a sushi shop, first and foremost. You can’t really go wrong with nigiri sushi and the rolls, they’re yum, much better than the average sushi...
