What is wrong with you Messina, it's the second time I got those helpless container for my icecream. How do you expect me to keep my icecream in my freezer with this polystyrene container👎👎

Took me 10min and a mess in my kitchen to get most of the polystyrene off the plastic container.

I will check before leaving the store next time.

I work in the food industry, visit frequently and love your product, yet it’s the customer service at your Rosebery store that I want to give some feedback on. I have always been kindly greeted by a young person who always remembers me each time and has made my visits an exceptional experience. After another great chat, I asked his name today and he mentioned it was Kevin. If every one of my staff engaged like Kevin did, my business would double. With adults, kids, fixing issues, inviting to try new flavours, milk shakes, milk etc. Sincerely asking how I am and actually waiting for a response and hearing me and even asking about how that particular thing I mentioned on the previous visit had eventuated. Over the last year, Kevin’s customer service has become as much of an influencing factor of whether or not I stop by, as the Messina gelato itself.
