The new Saliba Brothers store in Rosebery is 100% family owned and 100% VEGAN! Not only that, but they use absolutely no trans fat oils, no preservatives, and no dairy! I learned that the brothers’ mama is a biologist who set out to make a menu that is as good for you as it is tasty. What’s more, I think the prices here are so reasonable for this economy + rising interest rates (nothing is over $12!) I took my bf here and he was a bit apprehensive because he loves meat, but he scarfed these falafels down! They are super tasty homemade Lebanese recipes šŸ”„ @ahungryhalfie

It is located just past the entrance into the complex on the ground floor. Parking is not easy as the complex has a small parking lot and the street parking is almost always packed. They have seating for twenty people adjacent to their stall. They serve three dishes and are priced reasonably well. The falafels are average and nothing compared to the ones available in MENA. The stall is run by the friendly owner and service is quite fast.

Was looking to have fishbowl for lunch but decided I’d give these wraps a go, usually they are dry and not so great to eat..but these falafels were amazingly delicious, crispy on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside, inside a well portioned wrap that had all the flavours. I’m glad I decided to try, and will be back again for more!

Falafel wrap at Saliba brothers was an unforgettable experience that transported my taste buds straight to the banks of the Berdawni river in Zahle, Lebanon.

Gus and Andrew, the talented father-and-son duo behind this culinary gem, have truly mastered the art of creating a falafel wrap that is nothing short of perfection. The wrap boasted a delightful freshness that was evident from the very first bite. The falafel itself was flawlessly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, showcasing their exceptional cooking skills.

One of the standout features of this falafel wrap was the impeccable balance of flavors. Each ingredient complemented the other, creating a harmonious and mouthwatering blend. The medley of spices, herbs, and vegetables came together to create a symphony of taste that I hadn't experienced in years.

As I savored each bite, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia for the culinary traditions of Lebanon. It was as if the essence of the Berdawni river flowed through the flavors, reminding me of the rich heritage and expertise that Gus and Andrew brought to their craft.

In conclusion, the saliba falafel wrap is an absolute must-try for any food enthusiast. It's a culinary journey that will leave you feeling connected to Lebanon's culinary roots and yearning for more. I highly recommend this delightful creation, and I am already looking forward to my next visit to savor this exceptional...
