Truly a hidden gem! Gloria Jean’s Berala has quickly become one of my favorite spots. Every visit has been consistently wonderful—from the delicious food and drinks to the welcoming atmosphere and kind staff. I’ve tried a variety of items from their menu, and each one has been a hit of fresh and flavourful deliciousness!

If i can give Negative Star, I would.. This Gloria Jeans for me is dodgy.. they would never let you use your free ones from your loyalty card. They would always say its Not working! This is about few months now that they have been giving me this excuse! Whats the loyalty card for?? Earn points for NO REASON??? Please play fair GLORIA JEANS AT BERALA! Dont just take money from your customers, we deserve something in return!!! You have the worst staff who cant even make proper coffees, and I heard from one of them that it was the franchise owner who told them to refuse the freebies for loyalty cards.. Its time To close your shop! Il be the first one to celebrate 👏👏👏 I will forward this matter to your head office....

Took a full minute for someone to start serving than me and because the prices for toastinis aren't listed anywhere, I asked how much they cost. There are plenty of ads about the toastinis and the price of combining it with a drink but no info about the actual cost.

Because she was paying no attention to me I ended up repeating myself 5 times and everytime she would say "anything else" and then turn to joke with her coworker in a foreign language completely missing my explanation that I just want to know how much they cost because again, it isn't listed anywhere.

I walked out of the store after she told me that they cost $11. Stupid...

They messed up a single easy order on Uber eats.she forgot 1 drink and added white powder on my other drink ? Out of 3 only 1 drink was correct, no straws either I called to complain the girl didn’t even speak English and couldn’t tell me what white powder she put on my drink. Useless and not helpful. $40 wasted on Uber eats as a refund couldn’t be given. Never will order again. Don’t hire people who can’t follow a SIMPLE order for 3 drinks. The solution was to come into the store to return lol ? Defeats the ubereats DELIVERY. She should of offered for me to re order and add 2 free drinks. What a waste of money.

The mudslide mochas are usually good from here. The food on the other hand is really unpredictable. Got a brownie today and it was rock hard. So hard I couldn't actually bite it - had to gnaw bits off like a rodent (see photos). I have had stale brownies from here before but this one is the worst. I could break a tooth on it. They obviously keep them for days on end and sell them no matter how stale they are - which is disgusting given how much they cost ($4.95)

They refused the card refund straight up so my manager is very displeased.. my co-workers have been to this place for more than a couple of years, but no compensation is just disappointing 😔. I have spent my personal time and fuel to make such purchases and made only loss on this occasion.
