Gloria Jean's Mt Druitt Westfield — Restaurant in Sydney

After waiting 15 minutes for a chai latte when I approached the counter I was told someone had taken my one. The white male who was making the coffee replied that I was called for it and someone had taken my coffee and it wasn’t his fault. I didn’t hear anything though. However, extremely disrespectful answer. Not sorry for the action and started arguing. I found it very rude. I had to leave without getting my drink that I paid for. They should have a better system in place to make sure people get their food/drink that they had paid for. Not going to that...

Great atmosphere! Love the beautiful lady owner! Very professional, and kind person. She doesn't even care if you don't have enough money to pay for my coffee.  However, the comment from Samra Singh makes me vomit. I am not even sure if this person was rating the Gloria Jeans Mt Druitt Westfield. He should be ashamed of himself. Such a rude and unprofessional comment to make about someone that he probably never met his life. Shame on you!
