Grill'd is easily my favourite burger place. Almighty with no bacon is the greatest thing invented. 3 stars isn't quite justice, more like 3.5.

We went in for a birthday dinner with the family, 8 people all ordering burgers and meals. unfortunately some how it was assumed we were taking away or there was a miscommunication.

All burgers came to the table in a take away bag and wrapped in the exact same wrapper. bit of an issue when you have 8 burgers (2 kids burgers, 2 almighty's, 1 almighty with no egg, 1 almighty with no bacon and 2 sunsets) the kids burgers weren't too hard to work out although 1 was beef and the other chicken. The real issue arose with the almighty's as i do not eat bacon so we asked the wait staff and they said they weren't too sure. The only solution, we pulled each burger apart one by one until he found the no bacon one. Even better after that, there wasn't a no bacon one so we essentially pulled apart and touched everyone's burgers ungloved. So we waited for a new one to get brought out. It was a pretty disappointing experience, not enough to make me not come back as i said before, their burgers are seriously tops. Just no more family dinners here, copped a fair amount of stick for suggesting Grill'd as the birthday...

I visited on the opening week and the staff were on sharp point with service. The place is squeaky clean and has good vibes. The Miranda Grill’d can be a bit iffy on service, but these guys were keen to get off to a good start. Fast and flavoursome. Like a fast food chain in terms of consistency, but only better quality food. Ideal spot for a quick but substantial feed if you’ve got to head off for other engagements. The service is friendly, there’s plenty of seating, the burgers are inventive and slightly higher priced given the premium quality ingredients.

Consistently great food. I love their burgers and always enjoy talking about who we want to donate our charity tokens to. We just had a birthday party for my 5 year old daughter and 10 of her friends here and can’t speak highly enough of Brandon and his team. Leading up to the party, Brandon was so responsive over email and they set up an area for us out of the way of the rest of the restaurant with a table for the kids and one for the parents. As soon as we arrived, all the staff were so friendly and accomodating. It was a busy lunch time on a Sunday for them and we had 10 kids being kids on top of that. They got their food out super quick and at the end brought out the birthday cake (which we brought in earlier and they kept in the fridge for us) and took the time to sing happy birthday. They were running around making sure that everyone was happy and honestly couldn’t have done more to make sure had a great time.
