I am actually horrified.

I ordered online, was told it would take 10 minutes until collection would be ready. 50 minutes later I was still standing at the counter alongside another 15 people waiting for my burger.

I was told 4 times that it was '5 minutes away'.. my burgers weren't even on the grill.

There was at least 15 people who left before even ordering because they were waiting at the till for 15 minutes to pay for their orders, some people were even in line for 30mins+ to order.

The 3 staff were working as hard as they could, but that was absolute bloody chaos.

There needs to be far more staff and organisation. I saw people carrying their own food on plates from the kitchen because their burgers were going cold on the counter as their was no waitstaff.

Then I get home and my heavily pregnant girlfriend bit into her burger to find it completely raw inside, I'm talking bright pink mince.. Look at this picture.. You do understand how serious this is for a pregnant person?

Plus, my sliders were completely deconstructed, and bread was so dry that it turned into powder in my mouth.. how is this even possible?

Finally, the chips were cold.

This is horrific. I expect you to offer me some serious explanations, compensation, and get that store more staff or shut it down until this is fixed. This is not only terrible service, and a disgusting product, but a significant health and safety...

Hi Would like to make a reservation for a pre wedding feast for 391 people on Sunday 6th of March at 7pm. Your responsibilities will include the following. Full staff and management presence (combining with other grill'd branches when necessary), wedding themed decorations and prohibition of any other customers entering the premises. You will have to provide security guards. The orders are as follows. 389 burgers of varying types. 1,561 servings of sweet potato chips and assorted dips. Roughly 800 pale ales and ciders with 58 bottles of prosecco. 2 bottles of tap water. Some noofles. 760 caesar salads. 68 cokes and fanta's for the little ones. Please arrange private parking for guests and also entertainment such as bands. We ask that you obtain a permit to shut down military road for aprox 6 hours. We will be extremely disappointed if our requests are not completely and fruitfully met. We look forward to your fabulous and indulgently flawless hospital. lity. We also expect a rather significant discount (like 70%) on the final bill and tab. Many of the guests may well be allergic to certain foods so be prepared. Desert arrangements will hopefully be delicious and fulfilling. My mother in-law will not be impressed with low...

Yesterday 30th Nov ..We arrive 9pm to eat yummy burgers but unfortunately the food was bad. The bread seems like old , not fresh at all, and the burger assembly was not professional or tasty .. it really wasn’t up to the standards that we use to in Grlld restaurant.. we paid a fortune and we were very disappointed. The staff were nice and friendly though and the atmosphere is good and the fries was nice. But the main meal is really bad. And this is not my or our first time in grill’d so seems like neutral bay one is not good or the time was late and they didn’t have fresh stuff .. but seriously I prefer if they told me that the kitchen is off instead of serving bad food like that. I hope u take my review into consideration and make up this to me as I don’t collect my money from street and I like to get value for what I pay....
