Gypsy Espresso | Potts Point — Restaurant in Sydney

So the last month or so my experience has been so awful here. Mum and I are regulars to this cafe however there is a new staff member here who can never understand our order ( to the point we have asked for someone else to serve us) We have always made the same order when it comes to coffee and for some reason our regular orders have changed to to skim milk to a different coffee so disappointed. I ordered a ham tom cheese toastie and was in a rush so got take away and ended up with an avo tom bruchetta. I called as i was pretty annoyed and the same staff member had told me I need to pay the difference when I next go in!!!! I told her she had stuffed the order yet again ( this has happened with mum and I eating in also) mum normally gets a regular capp 2 equal she ended up with a skin cap? We came here once when we first moved to Potts Point and it remains probably my worst cafe experience in Sydney based on our expectations from other reviews and the amount of customers they have on a regular basis. We got a table, but were completely and utterly ignored by the staff. Tried making eye contact and waving them over as they walked past to other tables, but no luck. We stopped short of lining up to the counter as it was busy with people ordering take aways at the time. After sitting at our table for a good 20min without menus and not even a hello, we'll be with you shortly or anything. My third time here and I can safely say that the young gentleman making the coffee, the Italian Barista is truly amazing! I had a cappuccino from him every time I visited this small, cute shop and every time it hit the spot. Not only was I given amazing coffee but I was greeted with a smile. Whoever this young gentleman is, he is truly an asset to Gypsy. I also had a coffee from a young girl once, I didnt get the chance to chat to her but she was also very polite and very nice.
